My husband has been called for an interview in Islamabad and is told to fill in below docs:

"Please properly and truthfully complete the IMM8, Schedule-A and IMM5406, and Supplementary Information forms"

Does anyone know how to fill in the Supplementary Information forms military section cause it is confusing and my husband have never worked for Military services.

Just email them to correct your name.............They will reply you with correct name the next day........
If you miss the appointment .....need not to worry .......you can get new when ever you want

Guys how much time they take for medical result ?
I mean after medical when they will give you result ?
And is I need to take anything from them on time of medical ?I was written somewhere that I should ask them one for I'M00 something. Please help

Hi

It very simple,
1) ask him to fill the application online not hand written,
2)IMM8 is the generic application and once completed ask him to press the validate button, this will generate scan codes on a page which you need to have.
3) IMM5406 is about his family: he is the applicant, you are the sponsor, then his mom and dad, Section B is for Kids and the section C for his siblings (brothers, sisters) etc.
3) Schedule A is back ground check, anything that doesn't apply to him, simply write (None or N/A), if he didn't work for military write "None"
FYI: leave no space in the education part and make sure this part is seamless.
4) Supplementary Information forms : I didn't had to fill this form for my application, but it's very simple again, anything that doesn't apply to him leave it blank. Ask him to read the instruction carefully.

Any April 2015 applicants here that have there application in process now. Seemed like they put a lot of the March applications in process mid Sept and then stopped
I applied for my wife in May, ordered CAIPS notes that we received back just now..As expected they haven't done anything with it, says "File Put away"

My wife submitted her passport on Monday (Sept 28) and we got it back today on Thursday (Oct 1).
So I guess it can also take as little as 4 days!

That's true. But I think momunin was asking about returning time of passport if he withdraws TRV application.

I'm about to send in my husband's application any day now, and so about the fees, which category must I select when paying them online on CIC's website. Is it "Spouse or common-law partner in Canada class" ?

I am March 2015 applicant and my wife this morning received ppr, so hang tight and inshaAllah you all will get response soon. Don't waste money on order file notes and don't send unnecessary inquiry emails to LVO or CIC mississauga.

To Shafeez,

The best thing to do is pay for it at a bank and have them stamp the receipts. Keep one for yourself and send one with your application. Also please make sure you pay the full fee $1040 otherwise you are asking for a delay in your application time line.

here is my time line:

App date March 24/15
Approval May 25/15
App change to in process on Sep. 16/15
App from IP to DM Sep. 18/15
PPR Oct.1/15 and soon inshaAllah my wife will get visa.

Alhamdulillah! Finally got a DM!
Stage 1: 3 months and Stage 2: 7.5 months. Total 10.5 months to get DM.
My case: no interview, remedical done, no request for additional docs.
Now just waiting for PPR.

Congratz Mercy24... Your timeline is almost similar to mine... so i am hoping to get DM very soon... InshaAllah....

Haven't seen a single April applicant gone in process as yet, a number of End March applicants have gone in process in last couple of days, so hopefully April applicants turn will come in week or two. InShaAllah
