It comes by email if you gave them a email.They will email the applicant not the sponsor.

Looks like yes at ISB at least.. but looking through comments from a google search suggests 2 things..
1) most of the time the booths are closed
2) travellers often don't get asked to show polio vaccination proof

I would just get it before going to the airport to avoid any risk

At Karachi airport yes, but not sure about Islamabad. However, I would suggest get it from any Govt. hospital before hand by paying mere Rs. 50/-, someone I know was cheated at the airport and paid Rs. 3,000/- instead.

Hi Guys - please help! getting a little worried.
I just got my request for re medical and interview. Now whereas initially my notes showed concern over it being a love marraige outside cultural norms and that there were no security concerns, recent notes have these details deleted on cultural norms and it being a love marraige and aboiut dancing in the wedding. also comment related to no security concerns is also blanked out. Lines where earlier these things were stated seem to be blanked out- spaces are evident.
Now my concern is recently I read someone has stated interviews are called for to ascertain relationship or if there are security concerns. What kind of security concerns can there be?:/ Or are interviews only called for relationship ascertaining?

Interviews are mainly conducted to ascertain genuinity of marriage relationship by asking either simple questions or by cross examining the applicant with reference to whatever information is provided in the submitted forms. The security / background checks are conducted by CIC itself and seeks support from Canada's security agencies and particular country's agencies / financial institutions etc. In our case they ask CHC Islamabad which gets security clearances from FIA, NAB, IB, NADRA, local police, State Bank of Pakistan and may be some other institutions. Therefore, they ascertain all this information at backend and do not involve PA or Sponsor. For reference here is a link which you might be interested:

Dear friends I've received email from CIC Visa Office India for Re-Medical on 01-Oct-15. they asked for pdf and other format files and forms... any one who can guide me what should i precisely do now?

Just email your local IOM office and get the appointment. Don't worry about the forms, the Physical panel will upload all those itself, you only have to take the re-med exam.

How can your initial medical results be expired already if you applied in March 2015? Were the tests done a few months before you applied?

It it a discretion of a VO to either extend first medical or call for re-med if he / she presumes that the whole process might go beyond 15 months from first medical. So, if you check the spreadsheet, you will find majority of the people who had taken re-meds had their initial medicals still valid but were asked to do so.

I mean after medical when they will give you result ?
And is I need to take anything from them on time of medical ?I was written somewhere that I should ask them one for I'M00 something. Please help

As per previous practice, they will only give you a payment receipt for your record. They will not give you the medical results as it is a classified document and the PP will itself send it to LVO. I am not sure if they have changed any protocols now, so it is better to ask them if they can provide you any other thing.

My husband has been called for an interview in Islamabad and is told to fill in below docs:

"Please properly and truthfully complete the IMM8, Schedule-A and IMM5406, and Supplementary Information forms"

Does anyone know how to fill in the Supplementary Information forms military section cause it is confusing and my husband have never worked for Military services.

For military service, just write "Not applicable".
