Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Hey Guys,
My spouse application was transferred to LVO on March 23rd. A week ago, the status changed to in-process, and they added a line saying that they started processing the application in May. But today I checked and it says Decision Made, and there is no description. I haven't received any email or letter. Any suggestions on what to do at this point? I'm very surprised how they made the decision so quickly, and what's the decision. I hope it's not bad...

I would really appreciate any suggestions.

*Attention 2015 applicants*

If your ecas has changed to "in process" for permanent residence application, this is a positive sign that the visa officer has opened your file.
I suspect it will take 2 to 3 months for a DM. The truth is it really depends on how many applications they are opening.
Because this is an election year, I suspect CIC are going to process are larger quantity of applications and cut down on processing times.
(9-Sep/15) If you currently notice the spreadsheet, the bottom 3 applicants that got a DM did not have to go through a re-med.
This is a positive sign that will allow them to quickly get to the 2015 applicants.
And if this is a permanent routine change, this will be a significant positive impact for future applicants as it will cut down on the processing time by 2 months!!! (from the current timeline of 11 months)

Hi Mercy24, I don't have the rights to update the sheet, but here are the timelines. Any suggestions on what to do at this point? I mean they just started processing a week a go and took the decision already?

You will need to wait for them to send a PPR to the applicant.

If this is the scenario then applicants will get benefit. But what will if they'll revert back to their previous procedure after 9-15? With all respect i suggest lets not change our perception on 3 cases better to wait for 3 more cases get DM after 9-sep with shorter timeline.
Thanks
