Not true. My app was received on March 4th,2015 and the status is App Rec'd too. We are still well under the normal timeline. Keep faith and patience and things will surely work out.

Hi guys,

I have been waiting for my status to change to IP for the longest time, it still shows as "Application Received." Any idea how long of a wait it is based on my timeline? Should I order the notes and find out about my file? Also what is the email add where I can contact the LVO with regards to my file?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Started processing application : 21-April-15
Decision made: 12-May-15

Application received for PR: 17-Mar-15
And it says Medical results have been received

How is my case progress ? And what are next steps? What should be i doing meanwhile.

I have the same timeline as yours.You just have to wait 3 to 4 months more.I got in process on august 26 but I dont think they actually opened my file yet because it takes 7 to 8 months after file transfer.Be patient.Good news will come soon

My app was received on Feb 2nd ,2015 and and medical results have been revived the status is App Rec'd too. i am still well under the normal timeline. no news is a good news insha Allah

How long do they usually take to email you back with a time for your re-medical exam? I sent an email to canmedpk @ iom.int with all necessary info. I'm guessing they won't get around to it until at least Monday since it is Friday today and their weekend must've already started in Pak. Any thoughts from people that have scheduled via email??

I'm a 2014 Dec applicant. Today lvo sent my husband ( principle applicants ) educational forms back! What does this mean. Status still shows " in process"

Be patient dear your file only went to LVO on May 21, 2015 which means 2 and a half month, they will take at least 4-6 months before anything could happen. so sit tight and prayers will help.

You are well within the timeline.
When you start seeing other people getting re-med requests (not extensions or none) behind you in the spreadsheet,
that's when you can inquire. Never worry about expiry - they will instruct your next step about re-med.

Good to hear that your status changed to Inprogress. I'll be patient what else could I afford to do
It's also good that our timelines also match.
But you are senior in this group, i just have some queries i guess you or any senior member can help me out for my better understanding.
Actually i don't get what does ur this new In progress status means?
And actually another question:
Someone told me this phase is my verification, so i don't know what LVO or CIC is investigating as all my details and documents are with them, they just had to verify but why they take so long... If u have some knowledge how they do it. It'll be relieving for me & my family.... Bcoz right now it just seems we are just in que without knowing whats happening in background.
