1: notes will give u confirm answer. however, I think re/extension medical request means eligibility is passed
2: Yes, they do request relationship related documents before medical. therefore, I can safely predict that u will not receive such doc req
3: you are in DM/PPR stage (by the way, im in same stage as I have replied medical-extension email on Aug 7)

I have a question its urgent

we booked an appointment for the remedical on 25 Aug 2015
and we received a form IME 1017 E through email
and its showing that we have to submit the medical withing 30 days
i think we need that form for the remedical but on Ecas there is something saying like that

We sent *** medical instructions , to ADDRESS To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the correspondence to the wrong address, please contact us.

But we still waiting for the medical instructions letter we didnt recieve it so far and we have a medical appointment on 25 Aug 2015 we still waiting for it
i dont know what is written in it and i dont know do we need that letter before going for medical

but the form we received through email its show the bar code and new UCI number given to my wife and also says to go for a medical withing 30 day

please someone has knowledge or ever receive that kind of letter instructions before medical suggest me something.

Medical instruction means they want some specific medicals not all.

My application was received on October 7th, 2015 and I got the approval and file transferred to LVO message on Dec 16,2015. Medical was also done upfront. I have sent lots of Mayyon, Mehndi, Wedding, Rukhsati, Valima and some other dinner pictures. Since December 2015, I have not heard anything from them. My status for the applicant is still showing, "Application Received". I am not sure if I should send an inquiry or just wait. Any suggestion?

Hey everyone ! This morning I checked my online status and I was so shocked it was " in process ".
Here is my time line
Submitted : Dec 4
Sent to lvo and sponsor approved :Feb 25
Case in process : Aug 21

And just today (Aug 21) I got this email :

Dear Applicant,

We are writing with regards to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

As you are aware, visa validity is determined by medical validity, and for this application your medical results will expire on 2015/10/16.

As a one-off procedure, in order for our medical officer to potentially reassess the current medical results and determine whether an extension of your medical validity is possible, please provide the following:

- countries visited/country of residence since the date of your original medical, including details of all/any business trips, holidays/vacations or stopovers of any duration.

- details of any illnesses, however minor or temporary, since the date of your original medical.

If the medical officer determines that an extension of your medical validity is not possible, repeat medical instructions will be sent.""":

So I am just planning now to reply to this email ( basically they are asking if my husband the person getting sponsored had any vacations since we applied and if he had any illnesses .. bus since he didn't I'll just infrom lvo of that )



How long can I expect my case to be decision made now !?! Or what should I expect next ? This is very excited !

That's great, this means work going on medicals, as i told last week. Its good they are clearing all and giving extensions to possible medicals. Its good sign ! I myself got extended on 17 August, 2015.

I have some question regarding intent to return to Canada? me & my hubby living together i am the sponsor, our case is near to complete now i have to show proof intent to return to Canada..It will be good proof if i will book one way ticket and return to Canada later on send exit & entry stamp to plus ticket copy to London visa office. It will helpful for us in order to grant PR for my husband.

please help we have very short time.

Usually, when your plane is about 1 hour from landing to Toronto, plane staff will give you a Custom Declaration form. Please have a pen handy. You will need it. On that form, you will fill out your information, address where you will be staying etc. On the same form, there is declaration of goods. You don't declare "luggage", you declare what you have in the "luggage". They have items listed on the form, if you see anything in the list which you are bringing, then put a check mark. For the gold jewellery, you are coming first time, there is no custom charges. But, if you have any furniture or jewellery which is stuck in Pakistan and you like to bring it later, then make sure you have pictures of those things. You should let the custom officer know that you have couple of things which will be delivered (cargo, if furniture) / come later.

Please don't try to bring flowers, plants (raat ki rani, chanbali etc). Plants are not allowed. Mangoes are allowed, but this is not the time for Mangoes. People bring weird things. And please do not put any lotion, perfume, toothpaste which is more than 100ml in your hand-carry/hand-bag. Usually people don't know that, when ladies purses are checked later, custom officer take those things out and through it in the garbage. Mostly by that time your other luggage is already checked in and there is no way you can put those in your luggage.

Don't be scared. Insha'Allah everything will be good. Just keep your documents handy. Keep at least two pens. You will need it.
