should I contact lvo then? since there has been no update. I am a medical extension case which meant only thing from finalizing the case was medical

If someone did receive the Re-medical request and had scheduled with IOM at Islamabad please let me know the procedure and what docs needs to be taken on the day of appointment.

I sent the appointment request to CANMEDPK @ iom.int
I also received Reassessments Form attached to the email. So I think we just need to print it off and take with us. Nothing needs to be pre-filled?
We also print the received email.
We also need to take PP/CNIC
How much is the fee for X-ray? They only asked for Chest Xray.

I don't wanna leave any gap. So please advise if there is anything else I may be missing here?

Timelines are

Application filed: may 2014.

AOR and Transfer to LVO: july 2014.

Decision Made: 18th June 2015

Salam Everyone!

So my file was transferred to LVO on July 30, 2014. We are a Nikkah only case but did send proof of Rukhsati and Valima in March. I have yet to hear anything back from LVO. We even haven't received any remedical request yet. Please advise.

You have to take the following:

1. Valid Original passport along with 2 photocopies of first two pages of passport.
2. CNIC original
3. Two (2) recent passport size photographs (white background with light clothing colors).
4. Medical Request Letter/ Acknowledgement Letter from Canadian High Commission.
5. Also email copy from DELHI MEDICAL.
6. Email copy from IOM . (IOM will reply you with a confirmation of appointment).
7. Vision card or any previous medical history record (if have any).
8. Total Fee for the above mentioned is PKR. 4,920 it should be in cash.

My wife took these documents with her make sure you take new photos (not the ones taken at time of first medical).

Did you order GCMS notes lately.? if not please do that and you will see a clear picture, I can safely predict you are in the process of getting your eligibility (background checks) done, so ordering notes will tell you how it went and if they are satisfied with you Rukhsati. Or have some concerns regarding it and wants an interview.
