Hello,

I am writing with regards to my Spousal Application, which has been forwarded to London – High Commision of Canada (Visa Section).

I had received an email from CIC confirming this transfer, in that same email I was also told that should I need to submit additional information or make any further enquiries regarding the Application for Permanent Residence for my husband I may contact the visa office by e-mail, fax, or in writing. Below this statement I was given the mailing address and the fax; however, in the space where it was to list the email address it was left blank. I am not sure why this was the case as I do need this email in order to update my information.

Can someone kindly forward me the email address or show me a way to contact LVO so I can update the changes in my personal circumstances.

Here is my timeline and what should I expect next:

Applied on Dec. 29, 2014
Received a Letter from LOV on March 15, 2015
Checked the Status Online on June 14, 2015 - Application in Process and Medical Received

So I re-read your post a few times to make sure I am understanding it correctly. You submitted your application to Mississauga in Dec, and You had received Sponsor Approval back in march indicating that if you are to submit any changes then email the information to LVO.

This is a generic info cited on all sponsor approvals that you received on March 15, 2015. I do not believe your case has been opened by any officer as of yet. It is way too soon my friend

If you are wanting to send "changes to your circumstances such as address change, email address change, birth of a child etc. etc." you can do so by completing "Case Specific Enquiry" by clicking on the link below.

As per my conversation with them, you should only submit "additional documents" if requested by LVO.

I personally do not believe that your has been opened.

hello guyz i got anther email for 2nd medical where i got latest 2015 IMM5419 form? is am close for ppr1 how much time remain for visa issue in my case please explain it jazak Allah

The results of initial medical examinations for yourself has expired. In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for your self.

Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
Duly completed Re-assessment Form (in PDF/word)
this email to the Panel Physician (PP) for the re-assessment(s) to be arranged. For clients outside India, please remember to advise the PP that the results will need to be sent to India .

Please contact PP within 07 days from the date of receipt of this email for an appointment to comply with this request. Failure to do so may result in the closing of your Immigration medical file, which may result in the refusal of your application.

don't rely on ECAS for status updates. You need to sit back and wait patiently until further communication directly LVO. There are people who sent additional documents/re-med 3-4 months ago and they are still waiting to hear back from LVO regarding next steps.

You can always order GCMS notes.

Cic asked for some documents a month ago which I have provided but after that no communication, even my med is expired now.they did not asked for re medical

This is not uncommon. They ask for documentation and then complete silence. Then they ask for re-med and then another big huge silence.

My ecas status has changed to in process since may 26, 2015. Yesterday i got the orignal documents back from visa office. My husband's medical is expiring on July 1,2015. What u guys think. .we haven't got any remed request...what is the next step or how long we have to wait to hear. Our 11 month complete on aug 4.

hopefully you will have a decision before they expire. If not, they will either request new meds, or will extend them for you.

are you The sponsor or PA. where did they mail the original documents ? Canadian address or back home ?

My notes says that my docs are returned to PA also date of my in process is 20th May 2015. Can you tell me how did you receive it.? and through which medium.?did they asked for signature on receiving from the PA .??

I'm the sponsor in Canada. .i got the orignal documents by mail. .n i didn't have to sign anything cuz i was out of country n my parents recieved them.

oh that is good, that means the sponsor gets the documents in Canada by Canada post.? although it is mentioned in my notes that
docs returned to PA (principal Applicant) . Which means sending them to Pakistan.

From what I have heard, they are returned back to sponsor. In my case, I the PA received them. Maybe because my wife is living with me these days.
