InShaAllah we all will get our decision-made + PPR email soon. My Wife's application went to decision-made more than a month ago -- still waiting for email/mail. Tried emailing LVO but no reply.

When did you email LVO? They can take up to 28 days to reply.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Received my notes today. Highlights are the following -
Paper File
Office: PA (Put Away)
RPRF: Outstanding
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not Started
Medical: Passed - Expired
Items Requested - 0
Notes: 2
RPRF fee cheque rec'd via mail. Email to REP to advise to pay.

I find it baffling that a case like ours where no additional docs were required is still put away, while they are now clearing august/september backlogs! Furthermore, i found in two sections of these notes that our RPRF has not been paid but then i found one note (note no.2) where they state that the cheque was received by mail! I also dont know what to make of our medical status (it says passed-expired, well which one of the two is it??). Thoughts?

Almost an entire month. Even though within the notes, i noticed that they were generated on May 3rd which i find laughable because it took them over another 20 days to send the damn thing.

Congrats.

Your were to only put your spouses info if he/she is acompannying you to Canada. I'm assuming your spouse is already in Canada and therefore were not suppose to fill anything in the spouse section. Dont worry though, they shouldn't say anything.

Keep in mind they are still closing case files from 2012 and 2013. Of course, everybody wants to have their application processed as quickly and efficiently possible. The waiting is the biggest challenge.
It's possible to have medical pass and expired. It simply means that your upfront medical had passed but is expired.
The file can be put away when the re-medical request was sent. If they did not receive the re-medical with the initial bring-forward date, they will set a new BFD to revisit the file.
With respect to RPRF, it's CPC-M that handles RPRF payments and seems to be an internal note to update payment to another department.
It seems like they are still waiting for the results of re-med exam from New Delhi CHC.
But of course, GCMS notes provide a lot more information than what is pasted here. When is the due date? This will be the BFD that the visa officer will use to re-visit your case file.

Well i am just perplexed at how the file is still put away over 3 months after the remed request. The medical was done in March, should the re medical results getting be a part of these notes? I dont see any mention of the remedical. Under application assignment i see a due date: 2015/03/30. Which was over two months ago. Amongst the officer notes, they received the RPRF and CSQ. I remember there was a doc that someone shared which helped reading this notes better, anybody care to share that again ?
