does the person coming to canada for the first time after they get their visa get to bring extra luggage or is it the same as everyone else?

as i have been told tat going first time out of country u should take luggage less .... no extra luggage should be taken.... rest is up to the person if he/she can pay extra amount for extra luggage

1) i have submitted my passport today at gerry's islamabad... after hw many days will i be able to receive my passport back

2) most important hw to get polio certificate n is it essential to have this polio crtificate

It is the same as everyone else. Although first timers get some leniency in customs. in bringing cash, gold or other valuables. Although in any case you have to declare it.

Answer 1- you gonna get you ur passport min 1 week and max 3 weeks
Answer 2- polio certificate policy is still the same so you have to get one they can ask you n they cannot they r dash but once u out of Pakistan no one will ask... Anyways to get polio certificate go to any gov hospital with your passport and it's copy you will be done in min 10 n max 30

no update from July 29, 2014 plz explain if someone can?? I sent an email to idm for 2 time as my medical was expired I got this reply .


(The London visa office has received your email. We'll reply within 28 days. Don't resend your enquiry. We reply first to emails we consider urgent where the urgency is stated clearly. We only reply to case status enquiries if the processing time has passed. If you've submitted new information, we'll update your file without replying.)

As 28 days has passed still London VO didn't response me. Plz explain if anyone can..

Are you sponsor or applicant?
Sponsoring husband or wife?
Is sponsor PR or Citizen?
If you check the spreadsheet normally they will ask for a re-med request or ECAS will change to "in process" for Permanent Residence application.
You can see the current trend by looking at the dates for each stage.

How long usually it takes for PPR after "in process" , assuming all the documents are complete and up to date?

. Created by MP010....it says .. I have reviewed the application ,documentation ,interview notes and supplemental information rec'd after interview .i note that correspondence and visits have continued ,couple looking comfortable together .i am now satisfied that this is a BF relationship and valid marriage . Am satisfied of intent to reside in CDA..

Now what's the next step ...

Hi all there.

The following is the cease status of my two years old son in Pakistan. This was updated last Tuesday.

"We received your application for permanent residence on February 27, 2014.

We started processing your application on March 18, 2015.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

How London visa office going to contact. Postal mail, email or else. How they are going to issues immigrant visa for my son.

Please somebody let me have the correct procedure. Regards

You can receive it from any Government Hospital.

I Live in Lahore i got it from Jinnah Hospital. And yes you should have it.
