Don't worry man you have got your remed I'm a Applicant of April 2014 even I haven't receive remed request ECASE still showing application received medical received relax man relax at the end of the day they gonna give us visa

Is there anybody to give me answer about my question
1: I applied student visa back in June 2012 which I got refused
2: then I got married in October 2013 my wife have PR card
3: I applied spouse visa in April 2014 and my file transferred to LVO in May 2014
4: after haven't receive nothing
So what u people think about my case where is that stuck and what r they doing with it.
Pls give me answer
One thing is sure maximum what they can do just consume our time that's it

From research I can only suggest order notes n see what's in thr or contact your spouse who is in Canada area local MP..

We wouldn't know anything about your case as to why it's stuck and where it's stuck. You can do a case specific inquiry or order your GCMS notes.

You should have had some correspondence by now. Request for additional docs or re-med request.
Check sponsor's and applicant's junk mail folders.
If nothing then send a case specific inquiry to LVO and advise them when your application was received, when the file was transferred and that other applicants have had their COPR granted and you have not had any correspondence yet.
I have a template if you need but you would have to customize with your details.

So things are moving at a fast pace for me and my wife now. Just received a mail from DelhiMedical today, They have asked for Remedical .

The results of initial medical examinations for yourself has expired. In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for your self.

Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
Duly completed Re-assessment Form (in PDF/word)

So what worries me know is her pregnancy.? she is 6 months pregnant , and they have only asked for x rays, I don't know why when they already got my pregnancy updates (may be). Please tell me what should I do know.?

what was the email address for Karachi's Panel physician appointment.?

Should I tell them on the appointment email that she is pregnant.? or go for the appointment then let them know.??

When I scheduled an appointment for my wife it was a common email address for Canadian Medical Appointments: canmedpk @ iom.int
She had to specify the location in her email: ISB, LHR, or KHI
I mentioned in the email that she is pregnant and I cc'd her on the email as well.
When she arrived there, she advised the staff/technician that she is pregnant and the technician used a lead apron on her stomach.

Information you should also submit:
Please do write us complete information for Canadian Medical assessment's appointment
· Valid Passport No (starts with two alphabets and seven digits)
· Complete Name
· Date of Birth
· Contact Number in Pakistan (two valid contact numbers)
· Visa Category
· Location/City for Screening (KHI, LHR and ISB)

I Check my Mail twice a day and twice check my status on CIC website but always no mail from LVO. Now hating this thing

My wife received e-mail from london on 16 april 2015 they need our communication proofs after i came back canada.we send those which they received on 28 april 2015 after very next day again my wife got another email from canadian high comission delhi for the reassessment of medical.
And they gave her only 7 days for the medical.she checked her email on thusrday and next days was friday 1st may which was holiday after that there were 2 more days off sat sun In lahore they were clearly saying we dnt have date availbe in these 7 seven days I dnt know what kind of persons they are we were showing them email but anyways she get date after so many request.that was the 2nd last day for the medical.
Now we are keep watching our status which is still same.my question is how much time they ll take for the passport request.
One of my friend have same situation but last week he received his wife's original documents but i didnt get yet.plz ans met last week he received his wife's original documents but i didnt get yet.plz ans me

I got my GCMS notes, the last notes that I have on my file on Jan 25th 2015 shows ” File EM for refusal Decision”.
Even though I have already paid my debt and they also have on their record that debt paid in full but it seems as they are refusing my application. Also they have notes on file that Mississauga CPC is not willing to revisit their decision about my eligibility. Any advice?

i am in same situation as you. You dont need to get a date within 7 days you just have to Contact the PP office within 7 days .

Does it cause any harm to the baby to go for remedical or medical with X-ray when she is 6 months pregnant.? Has any one faced this kind of situation before.? Would you recommend to go for it or not.? I know if she gets the complete medical done chances are she might get visa in max 2 months..!! as case is in process.

But if she doesn't then we have to wait for her delivery then sent baby's update to them .? then they would again spend 4 5 months on the case.? Am I correct.
