Hello everyone. my case is in process from last six months,
Second medical done in November 2014.
and i got ppr-1 in feb 2015,
after that i m waiting for ppr 2.
i emailed LVO on 22nd April, but no reply from them.

Don't know what to do. Any 2013 case here???

London does not finish work on files via a first come first serve methodology, it is different per case. Ive seen August and even September files going to DM while mine has yet to go into In Process. I would stop expecting to get preference over the date you applied, it would make your life a lot easier.

Same here, my application "in Process"" in April 2014, then pcc,Remedical, RPR fee in May 2014. but still no further progress

What will next ecase update after first i mean upfront medical recived??? Actually me and my czn applied for family visa at same time and his ecase permanent residents showing medical recived from this week and mine is same with application recived?? Someone explain plz

Hi Friends,

Here is my timeline.

My wife is Canadian Permanent Resident.
Application received in Mississauga: 21-March-2014
After sponsor ship approval, file transfer to LVO directly: 26-April-2014
I didn't do upfront medical.
Received Medical request: 11-Feb-2015
Status changed to "in-process": 13-Feb-2015
Medical done: 24-Feb-2015
Status update "Medical results received": 7-Mar-2015
Request for re-submission of few forms: 2-May-2015
Send updated forms via email: 9-May-2015
Send updated forms via courier: 12-May-2015
Forms received by LVO as per tracking: 12-May-2015

Waiting for next step.

Can anybody advise what will be the next step and how long I should wait further? Tnx

The decision made on your ecase is under the sponsorship section which means you were approved as a sponsor. You can forgot about the sponsorship section and focus on the permanent residence application, once you get DM under permanent residence that is when you can expect PPR.

No need to panic ..! You still have to wait atleast 4 months for them to send you any correspondance..!! whenever your medical expires they will contact you around that date.

Assalam-o-aleikum,

I have two urgent questions..

1) Do I have to get attested photos for spouse in sponsoring case? and who can attest it?

2) What institute(Bank and its address) do I have to go to pay the Fees for sponsoring spouse, in Pakistan? (I live in Hyderabad, Pakistan), and in what currency?

1. No who said you need attested photos.? photo doesn't need to be attested that is a misconception in our pakistan. You just have to write your name, DOB at the back of the picture.

2. Fees is submitted at Standard chartered Bank ( we usually do it at the branch in Karachi at Shahrah-e-Faisal), I have read somewhere that only designated branches accept fees related to CIC, (call and confirm with Standard chartered (a main branch) near you if they accept it). They will give you a receipt to fill out and it would have different color copies all would have mentioned which copy have to go where, (one is yours, one for the bank, one for your case). It is in PKR.

If they say medical results received within 2 months it's something different because for me they updated after 8 months and I submitted upfront.

Ever since I got the file number it says medical results recieved. What else could it be?

I am sponsoring my husband. Do i need to submit his high school certificates too or the last transcript of engineering would be enough. if there are job gaps in my husband career will it effect the case. Please help me.

I have had the medical line ever since I got my file number as well... I guess it's pretty normal ...just got my remedical done in march 2015

You have to submit all the educational document example mRk sheets of inter n matric certificates of them, transcript & degrees whatever u have... There is no problem if there is a gap in bettween your spouse career.. It won't effect your case..

I think, there is nothing wrong in ur application.
u must have checked eCas status through sponsor UCI and detail. Please check it with applicants details or click on application received to see more detail from sponsor ecas
