We are writing you this letter to inform you about some important details about rukhsati and valeema that as you have already been informed took place January 14th and 15th of 2015. That is why there is no pictures with them after the wedding. However, pictures with other family members will be brought to the interview.
Lastly, a letter from _____ job will be brought to the interview, indicating why she was unable to take extended time off work.
If you need any evidence/proof of the above information please let us know as soon as possible so that it can be brought to the interview.
I hope the above information is enough for you to understand the circumstances of the missing information.
Thank you once again for taking the time out to read this. We will also bring a copy of this letter to the interview as well.

i just came back from rukhsati and a lot of family members were unable to attend.
i typed up a letter for lvo, just need some advice if its a good idea to send this before the interview or not?

The blank spots are obviously where the names go
Any advice would be great!

Its quite confusing. No one knows exactly what that means. We can only pray and hope for the shorter time.

How the spousal sponsorship works i.e. Steps

London Visa Office Processing time is 11 Months

Dear all just for the clarity i m posting the process of Family sponsorship for understanding of all of thread members.

Phase 1: Sponsor's Approval

1. Sponsorship application submission (AT CPC-Mississauga)

2. First Email: application of sponsorship received by CPC-Mississauga (with in a week time or 10 days)

3. 2nd email: Sponsorship approval and File is sent to London Visa office for further processing (with in 1 month)
or if you are an old applicant (Islamabad Visa Office) then your file is transferred to LVO. whether you get email or not your file is in London.

Phase 2: Visa Office Stage (Principle Applicant or Spouse)

Steps: Eligibility Assessment (Relation is Genuine or not) > Re-Med if required > Back ground checks > PPR 1 > PPR2 > Visa Issued

....

I appreciate the effort here but you need to be careful in how we interpret and present information.
1) It appears that you will get your Stage 1 approval in one month.
It took me 94 days for Stage 1 approval. Current processing times are posted on CIC website. Also, this should not be discounted when calculating total processing time.

2) These 11 months processing time at LVO that were published on the CIC website were based on stats from the previous year when there were no Pakistani cases closed in 2013.
CIC started shifting case files in October 2013 from Islamabad to London. I don't know of any Pakistani nationals that have had their visas granted within 11 months or even close to this timeline.
Seeing the stats of Pakistani applicants that are getting landing papers instead of UK applicants would be more realistic.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

My spouse went for her re-medical and the IMO center requested for polio vaccination document to be submitted as well.
This request was not mentioned in the email from Delhi's office. Can someone shed some light if the IMO office will not submit the medical documents until they receive the polio certificate.
I was informed they can get the drops at the airport.

is 29 month time period will be affect on 2014 Applicant or from 2015 Applicant?????????????????????????????? :(

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

May "Allah SWT" speed up the process for everyone of us and INSHALLAH still it will be complete 11 Month. Ameen ya Rab ul Allmeen Allhamdulilah for what ever we have just Belive on " ALLAH SWT " Mere Rab Beshak tu he Humara Madadgar !!!

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

These stats are based on the previous years cases. It is a very loose guideline and difficult to get a sense of these processing times for Pakistan applicants until we start seeing cases of files completed from Pakistani applicants that had their file transferred directly to LVO which have not been reported yet. The previous timeline published were basically for UK citizens. I imagine there is still a large backlog from the mess that was left from the Islamabad VO that they are still trying to clear.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

The 29 month time period is neither timeline nor an average time of processing, infact it is the maximum processing time of 80% of the cases approved in the last year i.e. between Jan 1 to Dec 31, 2014. The time period increased because of the transferred applications from Islamabad. So here is the example, if an application was sitting in Islamabad for 18 months and then got transferred to LVO, there it was processed in 11 months, the LVO will consider it as 18 + 11 = 29 month old application. So, if you observe "The Timeline for Canadian Spousal Sponsorship via London Spreadsheet" i.e. http://bit.ly/1nNv1Tk you will find the average time is between 8 - 10 months. Pakistani applications (though very few) take 10 - 12 months an average. These will also be considered at the same pace of LVO there not 33 or 36 months.
