Has anyone ever got xray remed request? How long after this do we get PPR? They only gave 7 days for this to be done.

Got it but last year when file movement was slow and had to undergo remedical. You will get PPR soon as 2014 files will complete in 10 to 15 monthes.

CIC should have a system of FIFO but unfortunately there is no such things exist at CIC in fact they say it varies from case to case and every case is different so processing time will be different for each case GOD help them.... My wife completed remedical six months ago but the file is still getting dust somewhere in LVO and no response at all after remedical, everything was provided all the evidences but still has to wait, wait and wait..... and still CIC is working really hard but where.............

But still how long does it take on an average after remed (xray) req??? how much longer for ppr

I dont understand what does it mean by rukhsati picts ??? why u didn't provide your original nikah nama ?? From my side I submitted all original documents ( even educational documents ) as well as notarized copies of all documents..

actually i had provided NADRA marriage certificate in original...i thought nikah nama and marriage certificat would be equally authentic...it was a mistake though...but i have sent them the original one now and other related docs they asked for...

and by rukhsati pictures they meant the pictures that show that the girl departed with her husband...the main reason is that cic doesn't encourage nikah only case i guess.

I would really appreciate responses. They sent us two emails one of them was about additional family information form with police clearance certificate, which we already submitted at time of file submission.

Transferred to Islamabad visa office May 2013
Transferred to LVO June 2014
Got re-medical request with police clearance certificate request Feb 2015

don't think so that after remedial it takes 2 to 3 weeks for passport request according to experiences shared by other forum members..

I will be going through the same process so i need a opinion from you guys. A nikah isnt enough for spousal sponsorship? so rukhsati is required for sponsorship?

if you are a pakistani national and will be travelling from pakistan, you are thereby required to take the polio shot/drops.
