Hi friends I sent my possport by TCS on 26 jan,And delivered same day. the current status showed deported from origin On 27 jan,, and today I checked it shows Contact customer service, what dose it mean? Any body knows?

It most certainly means file has been put away and is waiting for its turned to be opened. Order ATIP notes to clarify.

ATIP....Only a relative or a friend or a lawyer living in Canada can apply after submitting a consent form of the PA. Fee $ cad. 5. Reply time 30 days.

So I've sent inquiry email to both Islamabad office and London however haven't heard back from either. I don't know where my file is?!

I submitted my application to sponsor my wife as a nikah only case in October 2013. In Novermber of 2014, they asked to provide evidence of a rukhsati, so we hurriedly arranged one and then gave the evidence. I also asked my wife to do another medical and a police check and submit both. Two weeks ago, I received an email asking for the RPRF, which i submitted immediately, and since then, neither my wife, nor I have heard anything.

Checking the ECAS status today, I found that the status of "Decision Made" on the application of her permanent residence, but we havent received any information about the decision itself. I called CIC, but they wouldnt give me any information.

I heard that getting the "Decision Made" status before getting the PPR means rejection. My wife has not received the PPR. Has anyone experienced something similar? And if so, is there any advice on the next steps to take?

Namak: someone has misguided you as it stated that on my file as well for Decision made and later that week we got an email from LVO for passport submission. Dont worry just keep on checking the email you provided on your file for the applicant as they will only contact them.

means your case is same like mine and one another member on this forum( naveedpcs )..u can call the cic call centre( from inside canada ) 18882422100 and tell them u want to up date some new information but u don't know where your application is..they will tell u the location..but they will not tell u more than this..it has happened with my application,when my husband wanted to up date his address and we didn't know the location ,,he called cic and they told its in Islamabad.

What process does the spouse sponsorship entail ?

How long does spouse sponsorship take to complete .. in full ?

It looks as if being married is going to become a bigger problem for getting my immigration, unless I apply for my spouse at the same time I apply for my own immigration.

Hi Khan Ji - Yes, you are right that rukhsati pictures are really important. But if rukhsati not done then it's necessary to provide them nikkah pictures, family group pictures and other relevant pictures to strengthen the spousal case. This is just to give them confidence that your case is genuine.

By the way "Khan Ji" have you submitted them upfront medical? Just asking because I didn't do upfront medical. Waiting for their medical requested as my file directly transferred to LVO on 25-April-2014. Tnx

i did get remed request in november 14... and i got rejection email after remed for not providing rukhsati pictures and original nikah nama..

I think thats not true...they have the CATEGORY for that so why would they discourage..they just wanna make sure that Relationship is genuine because in the past alot of cases bogus relationship or weak one exist.....

So send them pictures with family photos, also caption the picture on the back of the photo ...
be positive guys
