Just as an update for the record.
Applied on 3rd July 2024 (PA origin Pakistan). Followed by the regular updates (AOR-BIL-MIL-SA), all from early to Mid August. SA letter mentioned Sydney, NS office.
Completed everything by Mid September. Sent a web form for a request of update on file in late September as PR Application Tracker wasn't operational at that time, which started to work sometime in September too.
Received the web form reply in a couple of days and was told that file is being processed in London, UK. Received a request to submit an additional document mid October. Received Pre-arrival letter late October. PPR Nov 1st. Passport sent Nov 5th.
GCKEY shows application approved with counterfoil number and expiry. Waiting for the passport return.

Hi Suadae - Congrats!!!....4 Months!!! Your application seems to have moved at a pace faster than the In-Land application. Its got to be included in Guinness book of world records - specially considering application was from Pakistan and processed in the notorious London Visa Office.
Any reason you think that has helped it? May I ask if the principal applicant is working in either IT or Health care (or has education in it). Or you have children - assuming that perhaps IRCC prioritizes applications with these factors.
