Salam I am december 2019 sponsered. my husband is the applicant in Pakistan. I received additional document request today they were:

-Travel information IMM5562
-Schedule A background check IMM 5669
and
- Police certificate

i dont setup my account online. i receive emails and i find this easy. how can i submit these things ?? can i email them or how??? anyone who send additional documents to london plz?

Check the email thoroughly,
have they asked you to send document through email or upload them through GCKey, and those documents will be send by your husband not you and your husband must have a GCKEY account as well since you applied for him. If the documents are to be uploaded through GCKEY account then your husband should upload them not you.

No they only ask for 1 photo out of the 2 to have name, DOB, photo studio stamp
But what if u don’t do it on either and forget?

Just to clarify the answer for this post, you will likely be asked to resubmit the photos if you did not fill out that information on one of the photos. That information is asked for to verify that the person in the photograph is you.

When you receive your PPR everyone is asked to submit these photographs. They need the recent and updated photo of you for your permanent resident card.

So that is why they send everything to my email. But m confused if I have to email them.. Do they have a phone number? Can i call them and ask are they good on phones?

which photos?
we have already sent photos with file...are you talking about those photos,they tell you the exact size and background type details? i hope you will get my point....i am confused...

A 21st October applicant who received AOR2 on 22 July received ADR today. Fingers crossed.

i just called my husband who was at work to ask about these photos and he told me that we have already sent them these pictures with name dob and studio stamp...and i don't think so they ask everyone to resend these photos because we've gone to that particular studio who click photos for immigration and i remember he told us that immigration won't ask you to resend these photos..

i just got letter for re medical....i was not expecting this...isi ka dar tha mujhe...mujhe waise hi test kerwatay hoye mout parti hai...this is upsetting...i was expecting DM

Wth they can even request this after pre arrival? Why couldn’t they just ask everything at once.
