Waiting for passport from vfs but gckey wants me to upload it there as well.

Just be patient, its easier said than done as you can probably imagine from my timeline. Be optimistic in these trying times and insha'Allah before you know it you'll get ppr soon.

Btw background can sometimes be reviewed and passed even before prearrival so don't pay heed to other who standardize and say its always checked after prearrival.

Yes, emails sent and replied was pretty generic one which every other guy usually received.
GCM Notes, nope, didn't request em but I am thinking to send a request to have gcm notes.

No they only ask for 1 photo out of the 2 to have name, DOB, photo studio stamp

Not sure in that case, wait and see. Worst case they ask to send new photos. Its not the end of the world just delay.

my PR applicant status on ecas is "in process"

when do they change it into "decision made" ?
after pre arrival or after PPR?
i have gotten pre arrival but my status is still "in preocess"

is there anyone who got direct PPR after pre arrival? do people get DM mail or what? and what is this if i get medical extension or not..thing after pre arrival?
i am really confused right now

You statuts on Ecas will change to DM and then your medical will get extended...After that you will get ppr in shaa Allah
