Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office v2.0

Hello Everyone,

I want to ask regarding my wife sponsorship application. Bellow are the breakdown of events:

1) I am Canadian citizen a Quebec resident.
2) I have done a nikkah (no rukhsati) here in Canada in 2015. But this nikkah could not last more than a month and we decided to end the marriage (without marriage being consumed)
3) I went to Pakistan after this event, found a job and started living in Karachi. After 8 months I decided to get married in Pakistan, so I filed for divorce to my Canadian wife and sent here the copy of that divorce.
4) I got married after that in Pakistan.
5) Just to be sure I also filed for divorce in Montreal court (Mutual with consent from my 1st wife). The court has now granted us divorce. So technically I have 2 divorce certificate one dated Feb 2016 and one Nov 2016. My marriage in Pakistan is on March 2016.

Q1) Do you think I will have problem if I show 2 divorce certificate ?
Q2) Do you guys think that 1st divorce certificate is enough, even though Marriage was in Canada ?

Kindly give me some information with your personal experience regarding this matter. Thanks in advance.

You got married in Canada and filled for divorce in Pakistan? If yes than that divorce is not valid as you got married in Canada and you marriage registration was done according to Canadian law.

2nd you got married in Canada and filled for divorce in Canada and finalized it in November. I see an issue here, your 2nd marriage date is before your divorce I have seen a case on Canlii which was refused due to the same reason that the Sponsor got married for the 2nd time before finalizing his divorce.
