Hello is there any sponsor who changed province after filing their sponsorship application? I got a job offer in a different province and i am considering relocating but i do not know how this will affect my sponsorship application. Anyone with the same experience? How did it go? Did you have to start the process again after you moved? Or the application continued from where it was after you updated your address?

As long as this doesn't involve Quebec, you simply update your address after you move.
If you move to Quebec you will be processed under their own program which takes significantly longer. If you move out of Quebec you should expect to have to prove that you have permanently relocated to another province with things like new lease/deed, proof of employment, new health care, etc. and then wait and see how the process to change to spousal sponsorship outside of Quebec unfolds.
