Yes i will be applying now i.e after the file is in LVO

So when partners visit one another do they voluntarily send pictures or boarding passes of their visit to LVO or only if the LVO asks for additional information?

What i have heard is that sending voluntary proof of relationship/communication/visits has a positive impact on the application. Whenever you have the evidence, you can upload it through the web form.

So unless the LVO doesnot send me additional doc request, i donot disclose any rejection and remain hush about it? (God forbid if i get rejected)

I am no expert and don't know the rules but I would suggest don't take the risk by hiding this information. If they suspect that you r trying to be sneaky about it then they might delay application by starting an investigation. Just own it and attach any refusal letters that you had received previously. You should know that visa rejection & denied entry information is always part of the computer system at immigration offices as well as Canadian, British and American borders.

I watch programs on youtube named "Border Security America's Front Line" and the same program runs for Canada, UK & Australian borders. I saw a decent Desi family who arrived in US from UK with 2 kids to meet their brother and they were denied entry on the airport and the reason was told that they had not disclosed in their visa application that they were rejected for visa in the past. All their air ticket expenses went to waste and they were sent back on next available flight unfortunately.

I hope u get approved regardless of past refusals. Good luck

No progress today as yet, anyone? Really wish they finalise the Nov/Dec applicants as well as open the March files this week!

Normally, they start sending out emails and updating mycic after 8 am. So 10 more mins.

Also, since it's Thanksgiving today, I don't expect the Canadian offices/embassy to be open and functioning.

hmm.. tough call.. i havenot had any visa rejections in the past..
and im hoping i wont have it this time either.. but God forbid if i do il send it along with my updated police certificate (which expires in Jan 2017). In that case i will need to refill the form where i ticked no for any past visa rejections and send it along with the rejection letter?

i did mistake in 5669 schedule a background / declaration

My wife submit my application on 21 sep 16. She got AOR. now we are waiting for SA. But i look imm 5669 i did a big mistake on it i want to change it. how is possible should i request to re send only imm 5669 or any online form to inform?

yes i am from pakistan applicant. my wife sent application to Miss. ON . we got AOR. But i saw today i did i major mistake in 5669. what we do now how to send again only single form? is there any way?
