Experienced memebers of this group! Can u please tell me whether visit visa rejections from countries like UK and US become hurdle in CIC processing?
Im worried since iv applied for US visit visa to see my sponsor there :/ :-\

Your suppose to mention all Visa refusals to CIC. Send them a revised document with an explanation and please don't "forget" anything this time. ;D

nope no hurdle... but if they send you additional documents request or updated forms than tell them.

So unless the LVO doesnot send me additional doc request, i donot disclose any rejection and remain hush about it? (God forbid if i get rejected)

nope no hurdle... but if they send you additional documents request or updated forms than tell them.

I assume that you applied for visit visa after you submitted your PR application. so the information you shared with them then was correct and up to date. Unless they ask to fill any forms again, you dont have to share this information.

Its obvious that during the course of processing, you can apply anywhere you like

Yes i will be applying now i.e after the file is in LVO

So when partners visit one another do they voluntarily send pictures or boarding passes of their visit to LVO or only if the LVO asks for additional information?

I assume that you applied for visit visa after you submitted your PR application. so the information you shared with them then was correct and up to date. Unless they ask to fill any forms again, you dont have to share this information.
