no interview, or additional proofs were asked for , but thats probably cause i sent them alot of pictures after my visit to Pakistan. I didnt wait till they asked me for anything, I always provided it beforehand to speed up the case time.
But nothing has been mailed back as of yet. they have all my husbands degrees, and our marriage certificate! Im getting nervous about that

don't worry because they have sent you a passport request. I am kind of confused because thy mailed my documents back too fast. I am not sure if it's the same for everyone else.

Don't worry because they have already requested you a passport. I am nervous because my case is kind of different. I am still wondering that why did they return them so fast to me. Lol
yeah i always waited for their response because it says on the form that don't send us any extra proofs unless asked.
Anyhow, i hope things go well for all of us.

Is yours a nikkah only case?

A couple of months ago, I also submit the change in address but through Case Specific Inquires webform, and My address got updated on ECAS after 1 week time..No email except automated reply that they have got my request...

don't worry cic will done soon. Same way I send him request and he send me same mail like you . Best of luck. Naveed

I like to know how we have two accounts with different UCI number like my wife when she check for her application status it say decisions made and when i check with my UCI status is application received.

No it would not be hard..
If the person has acceptable communication skill, its fine coz they dont ask tough physics questions,
but If the applicant has no communication skills, they setup a Intermediary person who translates..

So no worries...

for sponsorship of spouses English is not a requirement but one needs to know in order to communicate....

My wife is due to give birth in a couple of months in Pakistan.
I plan on leaving next month to join her.
I am just wondering if anybody gone thru the process of applying for Citizenship of the baby at CHC Islamabad or CPC-Sydney.
How long did it take them? Did they apply for a regular passport after this?

CIC manages applications in two steps 1. Sponsorship Application 2. Permanent Residency application and they can be accessed through ECAS in different ways, but in your case how do you know your UCI number.?? did you order notes.?? What is your time line.??

My husband ( sponsor ) received his ATIP notes on 8th january 2015 with his old address ,,although he updated his new address on phon to cic help line in november 2014..After knowing from ATIP notes that its not updated ,,my husband ( sponsor ) updated his new address with cic website form of islamabad ,,as my application is in Islamabad ,,and he received an automated msg ( on 12 th january 2015 ) ..Then my husband ordered Notes again on 24 th january 2015 ,,which he received yesterday ,,but they have sent us the same ATIP notes we received on 8th january 2015 and obviously showing the old address of my husband ..

Nevertheless they should atleast update their mailing address to show that they have their books up to data. Just goes to show that the incompetence of these people knows no end.

In the interview does my husband need to know my previous jobs & will they ask when i worked there? He knows my previous jobs, he just doesn't know the years i worked there because we weren't in touch then. If this is a possible question, let me know and i will prepare him. Just don't want him to study UN-necessary info which is not needed.

My current job i have been working at for about 9 years. he knows everything about my current job....

also which schooling do they ask? College? Highschool? Elementary school? or ALL?
