I have the sense that there should be some CIC love today... anyone??

Voodoo a sloppy drunk? NEVER! ...OK ...there was that one time 9 years ago...but i mean...21 year olds are excused right??

I just realized that when i post on here, i tend to make it sound like i am the applicant and that "I" am landing....everything gets lost in translation, nothing separated into parts...just the hope for one ending

It's ok same with me sometimes I say Mr. Carol

Why did I have to read this like 4 times? Then I laughed my ass off. Must be Thursday before May two-fer...

Just a suggestion, don't do sushi for a celebratory meal... we totally got screwed on that deal.

Wife had a dental stent installed some years ago in Moscow. Which I had no idea about. So, we are out for sushi on May 6 and she covers her mouth and says she thinks she "cracked her tooth"... The stent broke into 3 pieces, inside her jaw..

Yep, that's $6,000 implant surgery right there -- and as good as my benefit plan is, it doesn't cover that. The x-ray from our dentist here was sent to her old dentist (as she is headed there soon -- maybe they can do something to prolong it?). The old dentist said that the Canadian doctor(s) are right, and let them do the work...
OMG that's nothing I broke two teeth a week after the root canal does your plan cover half at least with the stuff like cosmetic dental 60 percent other dental 100 percent

It covers crowns, root canals, etc. The only restorative dental it doesn't cover, is the one she needs....

Is she going to do it back home or here

The dentist there was told what they plan to do, and was sent the x-ray of the situation. They recommended what I said -- have the Canadian doctors deal with it. There is no quality or cost benefit, and it will take up to a year to complete. So, she doesn't want to stay in Moscow for a year..

better late than never ;)! Congratulations on your SA! I hope you come back soon with a DM and a landing appointment!

lol....yes! Thank you. I thought I already had it.

yeah, i guess so. cic called it a spousal interview.

But yet no personal questions? How strange. Good luck man! Hopefully that 1-2 months comes fast.

Hi,

I get my SA on May 7, 2016. While I was eagerly waiting for my AIP yesterday they requested for RCMP police clearance based on fingerprint. Mention that, I have submitted all my PCC in advance. Canada one, I submitted PCC form local police on August, 2016. Now they request local fingerprint one.
Yesterday I went to the police station and submitted my finger print. Don't have any idea how long it will take for them to scan and send it to Mississauga? Profiler, Browning or any expert can you comment on this please?

Congratulations on SA Speechless.

I agree with Profiler, you should be getting AIP soon. What is your timeline?

130/80 BP, the doctor said it's normal. is that bp is acceptable with cic?
thank you.

I think it's a QA... not relationship, but QA on the security/criminality channel..

Jesus man, lay off the bacon! j/k!

130 (diastolic) varies (and can vary greatly) even over a few minutes. It tends to go up in situations of stress (or, excitement: Read Bacon/Sex). So, I am not sure that they will pay much attention to it.

80 (systolic) takes longer to vary, as it's passing through the liver/etc. So, 80 is considered textbook here -- because of all the bacon.

Mine typically rides 118-140 / 80-95. Depends on the day/activity/bacon/coffee_intake.
