On sylvain1's authority, I will begin my rant. (SORRY BROWNING -- I TRIED SOO HARD!!!)

With all due respect,
There are about a dozen there that are from March, or even before, who have not heard anything at all. Sure, a few may have jumped the line -- but I bet those who did had a case that had less complexity than yours. Simply put -- your case is not the same as anyone else's -- therefore your query, "Seriously what's the criteria after all" is baseless, because there is not a single thing in common between any of the cases that CIC has every processed since the beginning of time.

I'd suggest you just remain patient, and when they have finally finished assessing your case, they will be in contact with you.

@profiler
many days i sit and observe this flow of this forum, some fantastic advse you give here
I totally agree with you and even have accepted some of the advise you gave.
Patience is absolutely valuable in so many ways
when i got on this forum i understand that i am not the only person who can be stressed by this process.
so i buckle my seat belt and ride along waiting for my turn to come along.
IT MUST FINISH
you doing a good job Mr Composed

Best of luck!

I'm done with this forum, nothing but stress comes out of it, and profiler's constant political vibe is nauseating me... deleting my account here

No need to do that. Just relax. I know it's easier said than done. Look at my timeline... Profiler is helping a lot of people here including myself. I know how stressful the process can be, but really enjoy your life without giving too much importance to cic processing.

I try... but sometimes it's trying on me... Thanks for the kind words, brother.

The best part of this whole thing is, eventually, it all ends. It's a brief blip on the radar later in your life, if at all. For my wife, besides being a little homesick, she has lived a totally normal life. Gets up every day, goes to work, comes home to her family... everything is normal for her...

She remembers CIC when I tell her a piece of news, or give her something from them... I think that's the best way to live really. Think about it...

wow!!!!
this is a process that can be very unnerving-verb
gerund or present participle: unnerving
make (someone) lose courage or confidence.
"the bleakness of his gaze unnerved her"
synonyms: demoralize, discourage, dishearten, dispirit, daunt, alarm,
frighten, dismay, disconcert, discompose, perturb, upset, discomfit, take
aback, unsettle, disquiet, fluster, agitate, shake, ruffle, throw off balance;
so i am looking forward to being able to travel
looking forward complete this process
here, there are are some contributors who offers their advise , some i agree with some i disagree, but i take nothing personal, here i owe no one anything and no one owes me.
i guess we can all conclude one thing, we want to land!!!!!ha ha ha
