Common-Law Partner in Canada Class.
It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent
residence as a member of the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class. Please note that
a final decision will not be made until all remaining requirements for becoming a permanent
resident have been met. These requirements include medical, security and background checks
for you and, if applicable, all of your family members, both in Canada and abroad, even if they
are not applying to join you in Canada at this time. You cannot become a permanent resident
until you and all your family members have met these requirements.
IMPORTANT: Passports for yourself and your family members must be valid for the duration of
your stay in Canada.

Come on I thought after all that happened last year they were finally going to start doing it in order but I see some from June and even July already having SA and even one from June already landed

Seriously what's the criteria after all? Are we supposed to guess what's the right time to submit the application? lol

person must compare the original document to the photocopy. Neither you nor your family members

I had a similiar request in March with exactly the same 2 documents
For IMM5669 the general error on this form is question #8 (please do not leave any gaps in time)

I honestly don't think the situation is comparable to last year when most of sept, Oct, and Nov 2015 were processed while most of July and August 2015 were not started yet. This year, there have been few cases processed earlier than expected, but not bunches of them. Most applications are processed in a logical order.

me and my husband is class of December 2015 and they did not work in order my husband finally got landing interview on Friday April 28 2017

Hello all,

I just logged in mycic account and when I go to application details, in the column next to Medical Results it says " You have passed the Medical exam".

I am December 2016 applicant. Have not received anything from IRCC except Acknowledgment letter of Receipt in January and yes my work permit last month.No SA, AIP.

So I don't know whether this actually means that they have checked my medical results and I will not have to do the medical again ?? Or this is just a default or a issue with cic website. I did not receive any email saying that there is a change in my application status. I just happened to check it and read it.

Hoping someone can answer my question.
