thanks browning!
i hope i can fix this problem.. i hope CIC will repsonse with my email.. uhuhuh.....
thanks browning!
I totally agree about the GCMS notes.I honestly feel like they don't know anything which is why the GCMS notes are so important to request so you can see for yourself what is going on. If I didn't notice the spelling errors in our names who knows where my application would've been now. yet that took months to realize after we weren't able to link the applications online.
Don't worry Botengcoke. As long a IRCC Edmonton gets your e-mail and you have paid the fee. It will be resolved.ok! thanks profiler and browning!...
i am almost there my Final Stage!.. then Sh%$%T happens! i pay so much on my consultant i hope i get the best service needed!... and now he ask me to email cic instead of him.. he got every information about me to check his mail.. why the hell i should pay him so so much much and this is what ive got! i shouldnt pay him full amount of processing fee. this is what happen after you gave the money. uhuhuhu
We need her PR Card before we can ask for a Non-immigrant wisa to visit the islands (you land in NY state, so you need to have permission to go there).Adding to my list. Thank you so much for sharing this!!!
TThis whole process is nervewracking....and believe me....my rep held up the process before I sent my app in because he was so busy and that was very frustrating for me...but I'm going to put the bulk of the blame and chaos for this mess on the CIC! All of my statuses/updates are different on the online tool/myCIC/and the automated call-in update. Its a little nuts that their PR hotline doesn't allow you to speak to a rep, and we have to get all Sherlock Holmes to figure out a way to reach someone there to find out the real deal.Sorry, I have a disdain toward representatives. Sometimes I wonder if they know less than the call centre agents (that's a pretty low bar)....
Oh wow. I did not know that. I definitely want to wizit there too. My husband has a US wisa but like you we will wait until the PR card comes to travel outside of Canada. We need her PR Card before we can ask for a Non-immigrant wisa to visit the islands (you land in NY state, so you need to have permission to go there).
There are other cool places to wizit too... if you give an idea what you like to do/see I can narrow it....
if you are interested in whale watching in Quebec province, here is a link: http://www.croisieresaml.com/en/plan-your-cruise/1/?categorie=18Adding to my list. Thank you so much for sharing this!!!
Thanks Sylvain. I will take the 2.5-3 hrs over the 1 day.if you are interested in whale watching in Quebec province, here is a link: http://www.croisieresaml.com/en/plan-your-cruise/1/?categorie=18
But I would suggest to avoid any departure from Quebec or Montreal. Those from Tadoussac and Baie St-Catherines are exactly where you expect to see them. It's yet fresh water in Quebec city, it start to be salted a bit more on east of Quebec city.

Yeah! His IEC was mucked up at the border and was given 6months in total. We had original plans to marry in october but when he was given only 6 months to stay we decided to expedite.Well, it's way early to consider them sending it back yet. IEC when the OWP ends, I think there is a period of visitor status -- no? You can always apply to extend his status as a visitor. Ask for 6 months and explain that you are attempting to file for inland PR. They will likely see that's a truth by the time you apply. Again, he will have implied status until they "decide".
If you are granted entry, that will do it for you. If you apply for a visitor extension, they will send you a visitor record that you can copy and send in.Yeah! When reapplying with an implied status how would we prove that?
We been there done that and done it drives you crazyTThis whole process is nervewracking....and believe me....my rep held up the process before I sent my app in because he was so busy and that was very frustrating for me...but I'm going to put the bulk of the blame and chaos for this mess on the CIC! Granted entry? What does that mean? And if the extension hasnt been approved will we still be able to apply for OWP/PR? I'm just assuming that near the middle/end of July we'll either not have heard anything and just have to apply for an extension but I'm unsure of how the implied status allows him to apply for the spouse OWP and the PR.If you are granted entry, that will do it for you. If you apply for a visitor extension, they will send you a visitor record that you can copy and send in.
Oohh I am going to have to watch later. I can't wait for Rachel and Lawrence tonight.Rep Warner just laid the smackdown in his opening statement.... epic!
