See utilities come in my name so could not use utilities.

I do not share a Doctor but when we go to his Doctor we go together so I asked the Doctor write a letter and he did. He comes with me to my Doctor but I did not bother to ask her. If necessary, I will.

IMHO, in the eyes of CIC, with a married couple I think the burden of proof is less that of a common-law couple. We have the marriage certificate.

Agreed. But then there is questions about who attended, why, etc.

From CIC website:

Evidence of common-law union and cohabitation document requirements

The applicant must submit a Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union form [IMM 5409 (PDF, 636.51 KB)] and evidence of cohabitation for a period of at least 12 continuous months.
Copies of joint bank account statements;
Copies of leases; utility bills;
Insurance documents with you listed as contact/beneficiary;
Letters from persons who know you in a professional capacity for example, Doctor you both go to together (has address and contact information listed for you as same for the period of cohabitation required.

I sent them the tax returns,joint bank account,sttuory declaration of common law union and that i was a beneficiary on his work benefits. I don't have anything else other than our dentist is the same and his parents can give me statutory declarations that we been living there.

Yep.

how do you exactly prove this: proof of shared management of household expenses,
evidence of shared purchases (especially of household items) ??? we do a lot of shopping lol I can also have his parents give me rental receipts even tho we don't technically pay rent. We give about $200-$300 from his paycheques to his parents for living here to help with utilities/groceries. It's definitely not enough to be considered rent,is it?

Room and Board? Sure. Include that in what we talked about, also describe what that money is for (Room and Board, incl utilities, sans cell phone; as an example?). Also, if you have a joint bank account, show a few months of transactions (if possible). That solves that one.

Why not both! I would say, that would really prove a point, that you've maintained shared resources since 2015, right?
