Hi, I have another question ... just want to be sure of a few things ;D lol

So after my husband translates his documents (i.e, police clearance, marriage certificate, etc) and takes them to Ministry of Foreign Affairs to have them stamped... does he also need to take them to the Canadian Embassy to have them stamped there as well?

Please advise. Thanks in advance for any response

I forgot to mention in my question ....

does he need to have his documents stamped at the Canadian Embassy before we send in our application.

Any responses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

I don't think so. We went only once to the embassy. It was to get the capacity of marriage.

Hello all, I hope everyone is enjoying this joyous season :)

I have another question ... after we submit our application, is there any other way that correspondence will be sent to my husband other than post?

My husband is concerned he will miss any letters regarding our application because he is having problems with the post service in his area.

Is there a way he can receive further communication such as through either email or phone?

Thanks in advance for any responses :)

Hi Jamali, did you include an email address/telephone number on your application? Other then the acceptance letter at the beginning all our correspondence was done by email and telephone. If they do not have your email address you can always send one to them with his name and client number.

Hi Fatim, thanks for your reply

we're actually just putting together our application, I will be going to Morocco within the next 2 weeks and we'll be working on our application while I'm there.

we have some preliminary questions and concerns as we go through the application, and one of my husband's concerns is the poor post service in his area.

so to be clear .... if he includes his email, all further correspondence would be sent to his email?

Congratulations Habibti .... i've been following your threads and i'm so glad to know your whole ordeal is finally coming to an end.

Hi jamali

Yes definitely include his email and if there is a space to check off for preferred correspondence then make sure it is checked too. They called, emailed and wrote my husband so as long as you have all those bases covered you should be fine.

Best wishes and enjoy your time in lovely Morocco.
