The irony of all this is.... Mar 6th I have a dental appt at the very time I would normally talk to my husband online :-\

I am going to call and see how hard it will be to reschedule since they have a reputation of being hard to book with.

Hope you're able to reschedule. *fingers crossed*

That's good..at least you know they have your application. So the processing starts from Dec. 6th.

Medical results received: just means that Rabat has received the results from your doctor (well actually doctor sends it to Paris and they forward it to Rabat)..that's good news also.

I am sponsoring my husband from Morocco. This is our second application first time was Conjugal partner and we we're denied and now we are married. Our application was received in Rabat on October 18, 2012. I asked my MP to check the file to see if there was any progress and he saw that my husband has to be interviewed again. It is very frustrating considering I have been to Casablanca 7 times to see him, we have hundreds of emails and love letters, hundreds of pages of Skype correspondence that show that we talk for several hours everyday, thousands of pictures of us together and with family, our wedding photos, phone bills that show record of our lengthy conversations and the list goes on. The MP also said he saw notes of his last interview and it stated that the lady(who interviewed him) felt like my husband was genuine and she felt like our relationship was genuine but continued to ask why we didn't get married. I just can't understand why he has to go for an interview again..I am sad and lost without my husband why does it have to take so long:((

I went trough the same experience. If you want to talk and I tell you our steps and outcome feel free to reach me at: techgirl@hotmail.de

I can understand why the IO did that. CIC's instructions on who is eligible describe the conjugal category as a situation in which a couple has maintained a conjugal relationship for at least one year but been prevented from living together or marrying because of exceptional circumstances, like an immigration barrier, marital status (being married to someone else and living in a country where divorce is not possible) or sexual orientation. Furthermore, they say that you shouldn't apply under conjugal if "you could have lived together but chose not to" (due to inconvenience). I'm just wondering how you answered that question and the specific points they were not convinced on which lead to the refusal.

You are very kind FatimZahra... it's nice to know I have a cheerleader out there :D

The dental appt is complicated because I go to the university for discount. This is just for a cleaning and the students are from the college in my city ... so the university does not keep track of these students because they are in a different school and only borrowing the space. Soooo.. I could not leave a message for the student with them because.. well they just didn't want to do it.

So I have tried to get in touch with the college dental hygienist program to get a message to her... but so far nothing. I hope tomorrow I am able to get in touch with someone otherwise it will be very late notice for her because I don't intend to go anyway. My husband is going to need me that day and that is more important to me at this time.

Thanks again for your thoughts... my husband is a bit of a wreck so I am the one being very calm at the moment for him. I keep reminding him that it is just part of the process. I know he knows all he needs to it is just that he likes to think so much about things that I hope he does not delay too much in answering... or talk over her... he can be bad for that when he is nervous... haha

Anyway... only a couple more days. :o

I'm sure your husband must be a wreck but has he spent any time practicing for the interview and thinking about his answers? Would be a great ease to his nervousness not to mention improving his chances for a successful interview. In any case, best of luck.

Thanks ddobro..

Yes we have spent some time doing this and we will today and tomorrow. He has just come online now so it is quiz time... haha

I suppose I am not worried because we have gone over these things before quite a few times and he has always known the answers. So I have much confidence in his knowledge and his ability.

Thank you Dair ;)

Oh my...my hubby was a wreck also. He was nervous for the interview and when he got there but as the interview went on he started to feel more comfortable. But they do ask a lot of questions.

Hope you get a hold of the dental dept.

Still cheering for you both (there should be a little cheerleader icon lol)
