I've heard the same...but then again what relationship doesn't have it's ups & downs. I'm sure my nice quiet Sunday mornings will be missed lol

Even after I walked 3km today and did an extra set of the stairs at work... and I ate chocolate :'(... oh well... back on track tomorrow.. well .. maybe.. hahaha

I am sure my completely solitary life is going to be missed. I have tried to explain that life with me is going to be very, very quiet compared to what he is used to... but I don't think he quite understands HOW quiet... But then again ... he is the one that said he wants to immerse himself in my life and Canadian culture... boy oh boy he has no idea what it is going to be like at 10 pm and there is not a soul to be found outside... hahaha

Ah well.. such is life... I am not going to get too excited.. the interview is not the visa so can't plan too much yet.

It is not a problem. I chose to send it all in the beginning but it is not required. They will let you know when to pay it.

Or if she wants she can pay it at any point while you are waiting and send the receipt to Rabat.

hey congrats Dair ..at least its moving along even though its an interview not the Visa but soon soon after hopefully it will be ....im crossing my fingers for the win and not my position with ADR and then waiting again ........

For the money i know people who paid the other half 1week before their visas were issued so theres no problem for that......

Nourredine u are in Morrocco if yes which city....and just like lynn sd collect as much evidence as possible...have ur wife take as much trips as possible ...when u take pictures *make sure you guys are laughing and playful )......family pics too......

Habibti at least ur going to see ur hubby soon so something to look forward too.

The scariest part is... although I would prefer this to more waiting so at least we would know our next steps... some people have been told they will be denied right at the interview.

I prefer blunt honesty than blatant lies. If the person interviewing already has it in their heads to deny...just kill us quickly. At least then we could start to put together a plan for the next while. Instead of this sitting and waiting and waiting and not being able to move at all.

I was telling a friend that it is like I am sitting in the middle of a river... one have is dammed up and just sitting there, can't flow, can't run. And the other half of my river is a rushing flood. I have to keep moving for my daughter who is still growing up and changing. My relationship with her has changed exponentially this last year and I enjoy it. But my husband and I are sitting on this dam... waiting for something to happen so we can start moving on our half of the river too. It is so incredibly hard to live this way. I know some of you can understand this feeling.

Well one sleepless night down...only 6 more to go :

I have such mixed emotions right now. I am sooo excited and yet sooo scared. I guess I will just be thankful that we have actually heard from them and so it is not lost behind someone's desk with the dust bunnies.

We have to fill in IMM 5406 and Schedule 1 again... thank goodness we both have copies of these lol

But talk about not leaving us much time!! I have to try and figure out how to get saved yahoo conversations sent to him when there is only the option to save it to my computer or print it.

If I print it we are talking about 3 months of daily conversations.... going to be a lot of paper!! Then I have to scan it and send it to him to print again... sigh...

Yes, I am at work now and I cannot concentrate and I am not letting anyone else either... haha

We were not aware of the gmail thing until very recently and my husband is very challenged when it comes to new things on the internet so he is not very open to the idea. And it is too late to do it now for the interview so that is something we can think about later if they decide to keep us waiting another 4 or 5 months.

Yes, he will have to go to a cyber cafe to print...it is just going to be a lot of paper. I keep telling him to let me send some money for all this but he refuses so I just have to be patient and see what happens.

oohhh I have a headache coming on... no sleep last night and too much adrenaline today...

The irony of all this is.... Mar 6th I have a dental appt at the very time I would normally talk to my husband online :-\

I am going to call and see how hard it will be to reschedule since they have a reputation of being hard to book with.
