You are welcome

I also noticed that when it says decision made, medicals received it was always good news. The people that were refused only said Decision made .They don't usually bother requesting the medical results from Paris if it is a refusal, and I really don't think they would have asked for you to pay the PR fee either if it was a refusal. It sounds to me that everything looks good in your case , in my humble opinion.

To hoping75.... Just to let you know the visa office called my husband on June 27 to ask him questions about his past studies and work and to pay for the permanent residence fees. During the time I was visiting my husband this summer (in July), there was an update on ecas: "medical received". According to what you said, it means chances are we are already approved!

thank you for the response, u said "It would have been better for you to keep both copies and send one to your wife"
which both copies and we already got just 2 contracts of marriage ? sorry, i don't understand ur reply :(

"aziz2010"

thank you for ur response :)

"dair2dv8103100" said that her husband took it to embassy for register it and you said i don't need to. mixed up here lol. i need the right answer plz guys.

you said to send to my wife only the translated one and not the arabic one, but i don't think so cos the translated one it needs to present with it the original one for the immigration cos how they will be sure that the translated one is true contract if we don't give them the original one ?

abt me, i got from Adul two contracts of marriage, one is called "contract of marriage" and the other one called "nadir contract of marriage" they has all same informations etc they just different in tittle as it cames in my talk now, so for me i did gave to my wife "nadir contract of marriage" which is in arabic she did take it with her and i kept the other one "contract of marriage" this last one i did translate it and notarised it in different places. so the english one that i translated and the original one in arabic i will send them to my wife and i will not have any contract of marriage with me at that time cos the both arabic once and the english one my wife will have them all 3.

so thats why i asked if the embassy will need any original from me or what exactlly ?

"aziz2010" i am from Rabat :)

thank you guys for all the efforts :)

Just call him and he will be able to answer all your questions. As I said... maybe you can set up a time with him to meet for coffee and discuss it.

No, the embassy does not need the original. They will have a copy and the translated copy that your wife will send with the application.

Chokran bazzaf...

We are now in the stage of waiting for communication from the embassy (our file is in Rabat now).

There are few options that can happen from this time forward:

1. Denied. (not likely to happen before one of the following options)
2. Call for more information.
3. Call for interview on phone (happened to my friend this way)
4. Call for interview in person (although I dont know if they will call or if they will mail a letter for this step)
5. Call to come get visa without interview. (have heard of this happening too though rare)

My husband works 3 days a week and has weekends free so I know his schedule is fairly flexible.

Just take your time and make sure all papers are filled out correctly. We had one signature in the wrong spot and it held us up a month correcting it. If your wife is interested in speaking with me regarding information I am willing to do that as well. So let me know.

Insha'llah everything will go fine for you both...

I just dedicated this song to my husband ;D

Thought you guys would like it too :)

I found this poem online today... I love it...I think it expresses how we all feel about our far away lovers.

Close your eyes
and open your heart
and feel my soul
touching you
needing you
wanting you
every second
of everyday
begging you in soft
breathless whispers
for your passion
and your love.

Sorry everyone I am not able to send personal messages please contact me at melsombf@hotmail.com.
I don't want to cause problems for anyone or make things hard for any of you who are waiting for your spouses. I have been working so I have not been on, but anyone who is interested as to what happened to me I would rather tell them personally. My situation is very specific and my husband is very identifiable because of it and he has friends on here. Unfortunately all of this is taking its toll on me mentally and financially. Its truly heartbreaking to me and have spoken with Immigration and Social Services recently about all of it. So please contact me if you wish to.
