I also noticed that when it says decision made, medicals received it was always good news. The people that were refused only said Decision made .They don't usually bother requesting the medical results from Paris if it is a refusal, and I really don't think they would have asked for you to pay the PR fee either if it was a refusal. It sounds to me that everything looks good in your case , in my humble opinion.
