They toke her fingerprints and they gave her document and they told her to send them by Mail To an address Coe they Dont have the machine that can send her document electronically :/ and that's take like 120 days :/ , she will be here in Morocco In 10 days , So i just want to ask IF this option " VS check
(Application submitted by a police service) " and this option take like one week , my Question is
this Option can help us to get married here or not ?

I think you should ask who is going to be the man who marries you and you wife. In your city.
However I believe you won't have enough time To get them back before she leaves. Maybe someone can mail it to her here?

Today we received the answer!!! ;D I will be officially going to get my visa on June 24 in Rabat!!! Yaayyyyyy ;D 8) My wife and I are so happy now that we can finally be together This is the most amazing feeling in this world to know that we got through this together! We made it through this long journey in good and hard times. With love and patience nothing is impossible :-*

28/10/2014 we send our file to Mississauga and they answer my wife after two months that she can sponsor me
05/02/2015 our file sent to Rabat
14/05/2015 I got email from Rabat for the interview
09/0602015 I got other email telling me to come get my visa
So you can say all together it's around 8 months
I wish u a good luck and inshallah you gonna hear nice news

I am 23 years old, my husband is Algerian and I'm Moroccan, my husband is sponsoring me, Inchallah and he is living in Toronto now. Our timeline is the following:

I- sponsorship application status: Sponsorship
1-We received your application to sponsor on May 11, 2015.
2-We started processing your application on June 10, 2015.
3-We sent you correspondence on July 6, 2015 about the decision on your application.

II- permanent residence application status:
1-We received application for permanent residence on May 11, 2015.
2-Medical results have been received.

Normally, the decision is made about his ability to sponsor me and they sent us correspondence on July 6th but we still didn't receive anything? Do you think it's normal for mail to take this long? Also I've read that mixed marriages take longer? what do you think please? I am so stressed out

Hi Camo, welcome to the forum.

Did you and your husband provide an email address so that they can send any correspondence by email? If not, then I say your husband should expect a letter by next week since July 6th is only a few days ago. Or did you use a representative (lawyer or immigration consultant), if so, the letter would be mailed to them.

As for mixed marriages, they don't take much longer. Usually people get their visa within the posted processing time. You're from Morocco and your husband is from Algeria, but are you of the same religion, near the same age, and did you celebrate your wedding? If so, then I think your application should run smoothly insha'Allah, provided that you submitted enough proof to show that your marriage is genuine.

Applications that have red flags (age difference, religion difference, previous marriage, short courtship, no wedding celebration, etc) are more scrutinized so if you have none of these, I think you don't need to worry too much.
