Thanks. The VO took all my papers that they requested and didn't give nothing back. I did tell her that I wouldn't get lonely with my wife. My wife and I been together since August 2010, we took the time for our relationship to develop and built a solid foundation and then married in September 2013. My wife came to Morocco 6 times and stayed always more than a month sometimes 4 months at the most. According to the VO I think the development and foundation plays a critical role as it shows our determination and diligence. We are hoping things will go smooth and pray to be together soon as this is very difficult being apart, almost 5 years of waiting and it will be our 2 year wedding anniversary in September. We miss each other terribly! I pray for each and everyone going through the same situation.
That's great. My husband and I did the same thing and knew we had to be patient. We've been together since 2009 but I didn't visit him until 2010, then we married in 2011. We didn't submit the application until 2013. Since we known each other a few years by that time, we had soooooooo many proofs ;D it was so much really ... lol I visited my husband 5 times, for more than a month each time. At the interview the VO said that our application was well-documented and that is an advantage for us. We really sent in everything we had our chats, many photos (with family and friends, and our travels throughout Morocco), gas receipts, hotel receipts, restaurant receipts, gift receipts, my tickets, airline baggage tickets, phone bills and more .... really anything we could think of ;D My husband landed in March 2014 alhumdulliah

Good luck, insha'Allah you and your wife can live your one life together soon.

The visa officer looked over all photos, had commented as she skimmed over, like where's the food, and turn the page and see ppl at wedding eating. What she take from proof was my passport stamps.

From September 2014 to February 2015 we had submitted stamps, photos, itineraries, bus tickets phone bills and Skype and messenger and all documents required. They still have all that. What she didn't do was take new. Just my photocopy of passport stamps. She had even told my husband I don't work. I work as casual, and take term positions. I don't have to work full time, and casual let's me travel a month at a time so Idk what she's talking about.
I've heard of interviews where the VO refused to look at any new proofs at all. So hopefully it is a good sign that she did look at your photos and your passport stamps. It sounds like she wanted to verify your travels. Really 5 trips to Morocco in less than2 years is a good thing. As long as your application properly addressed your red flags, it should be fine.

Prayers that you will receive good news soon insha'Allah. Good luck!

I am glad to hear everything worked out for you both Emoji
Overall the VO had given me this feeling of comfort as when I am talking to a friend at times lol
She went through our photos carefully and commented that we really do match to each other which I thought was nice and said that I had answered every question correctly and that I convinced her. That gave me a positive feeling.
I guess we will never know who really makes the ultimate decision.

Hi everyone

patience patience patience.

Finally after being married for 2 years my husband and I are finally together in Canada.
It is difficult to be patient when you are far from the person you love, but patience is the only way.
After a first refusal they are looking to see who has the patience and love to continue this difficult thing.
If you have love and patience it will work out.

Good luck to everyone
If anyone needs some advice just ask.

Hi there!

Doesn't matter if her father's name is not on the birth certificate, and her income tax papers should be good for her employment records they are looking for.
Good luck!

if you're not sure .. why don't you have your future wife scan her documents and email them to you. Take them to the Adoul who will do your contract of marriage to see if they are acceptable for the contract. Good luck!

That's wonderful news! CONGRATULATIONS!!

I'm looking at your timeline and it seems they moved quick on your file after it was sent to Rabat after SA. I know this is your second application ... so after an unsuccessful ADR you withdrew your appeal and filed another application? What did you do differently from the first application? I think your case will give a lot of people who were refused much hope ... especially since the wait for an appeal is such a long wait. And you're right ... patience is so important.

Such wonderful news really and what a great time for your husband to come to Canada, especially during our beautiful weather. Again congrats!!

hi there people!!! My husband has been here now for almost 5 years and we are just as happy as before he got here. It was a long run for us just before he got here. it took 2 interviews for him, and 2 medical reports as the other one was expired. I know everyone that just started the process, just know that it is hard but you should work on you and your partner no matter what, stay patient. My husband is really good with my children, like any other marriage communication is the key!!! i remember when we just applied for his papers and how stressful the process was! it took almost 11 months for us with the process. only because our case was different. he was a cop in marrakech and he had to quit work in order to marry me. because they wanted to conduct a back round check and things. so it made things more complicated for us. because as you know Morocco embassy is complicated. :):):) Im just here to say that everything is good and i hope everyone gets good news and dont be shy to ask questions on this site because it helps alot. anyways goodluck to everyone!!

Hey Again , Well just for knowledge IF anyone will get the Same Problem i had , that my future Wife don't have her father's name on her birth certificate dnt Worries i did ask a lawyer and " Adoul " and they both told me that it's Ok even if she dnt have her father's name on her birth certificate , only we will need her Mom Name :)
But i got another Problem : is about the Police records she went to the police station and they told her that she will need to wait for 120 days or more to get it and they got her fingerprints and they ask her to send them by Mail to a service ,
Well my Question is i did check their Website and there was another option called " VS check
(Application submitted by a police service) " and it's can be done in 4 week , and there is also an option called " VS check
(Application submitted by an RCMP certified, accredited fingerprinting company or a police service with electronic capability) " I hope someone can tell me which one she will need to complete our marriage documents ?
Thank you ....

I paid $75 for a fingerprint police check with the commissionaires in my city. I received a report, in less than a week. They scanned them to RCMP in Quebec I believe. They also take a photo. There's other services like them am sure in yellow pages.
