Ok man, no problem, I undestand your pain. Although many could learn from your post and get the insight how immigration works, what to expect and that immigration officers won't turn a blind eye on anyone entering the country.
I think that everyone should watch few episodes of Canadian border security show in educational purposes.

Usually in 1-2 days you get e-mail notification.

Hi guys,
as my PR application was rejected by CIC, in letter they mentioned that all the paid fee will be refunded, for this compensation i sent an email to "E-mail (CIC preferred): IPRMS-SIGPR@cic.gc.ca" with transaction detail. there is an auto reply that refunds will be processed in 4~6 weeks. now i wilt l wait this much time.

is it correct procedure or any other process to be followed?

I am from Pakistan and have got my police clearance certificate yesterday by mail. I am living in my home town(city) since my birth and changed two place to live and living in the second one currently. I am living on my second place (the current residence) for more than 15 years. I mentioned my two addresses in the PCC application to city police office. But the PCC, the capital city police office issued me has my current address only, not the last residence address.

I read some where in this threat that Passport offices deal with the entire country police clearance, but in Pakistan, i think this is not case!

I want to know that is it necessary to mention my both addresses in the PCC if i apply to CIC for PR?

Kindly suggest me abt PCC!

A PCC tied to an address will probably not work at CIC stage. You have two options

1) Get a PCC that doesn't have any address.
2) Get individual PCCs for all your addresses.

People have been rejected because of this so don't take the chance.

Email format used etc as this will be helpful for future applicants who might face a case of rejection frpm CIC while they file PR
