ECA is required for SINP. No where is written that ECA is not required....Yes on documents checklist its mentioned that Credential evaluation is required.

I didnt find any information in the SINP site stating the need of ECA for applying either in OID or Express Entry. Could you please let us know where to find it.

This is from guide:

1. Education/Training Credentials
You must have completed a minimum of one year of post-secondary education or training, which is comparable to the Canadian education system that has resulted in a degree, diploma, certificate, or a certificate equivalent to a trade certificate.

You have to do the ECA to compare it to Canadian education, otherwise how would they assess it for points calculation. That's my opinion, not official statement.

For SINP Proof of funds can we submit gift deed by father
My Friend has half the amount in his from past 6 months but other half his father is giving him as a Gift Deed. Ontario and CIC accepts it.
Does SINP Accepts the Gift Deed? His father is ready to do a affidavit as per below

1 PA Letter of Explanation, Affidavit Settlement / Proof of Funds (That came as a Gift from my father)
2 Principle Applicant 6 Months Bank Statement
3 Principle Applicant Bank letter stating Indian Rupees & Equivalent CAN $ (That came as a Gift from my father)

4 Father, Original legal Gift Deed and affidavit
5 Father, Bank letter stating Indian Rupees & Equivalent CAN $ transferred to my account with cheques copy
6 Father, Property, Net Worth Certificates from Chartered Accountant, Chartered Engineer
(Stating also my parents willingness to support me apart from the gift amount for XXX CAN $ they transferred to my account)

I have an official email from SINP that ECA is no required for applying OID or EE sub-category. Do anyone have any email or a precise statement in SINP site that ECA is required ?

Thanks for the information. Do anyone have been nominated for 2283 with Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication. I can ask the NOC guys but still want to know whether anyone in this forum have positive answers..

You have accepted Saskatchewan Nomination or you are planning to wait for Ontario?
Even i have applied for both ontario and Saskatchewan.

Please share your views what would be better if i get nomination from Both Ontario and SINP .

You can have only 1 nomination in CIC profile. Once a province has nominated you in CIC profile, the second will not be able to add the points except you decline the first.

The Yes or No button in my cic profile got disabled after one month (from the date i got nomination letter) and now it says "Nomination expired"
But my nomination letter says, it is valid for 6 months before that i should get ITA.
Currently i am waiting for Ontario update. Do you mean that, even though the sinp nomination says it is expired in my cic profile, it would not allow other nominations ?

@CPRaspirant I am planning to wait for Ontario.

Once SINP nominates, you have one month to accept that in MyCIC account for 600 points to be added to your EE score. The actual nomination is valid for 6 months but CIC gives a month to accept or reject a nomination. If nomination has expired, you need to request SINP to update the nomination to your MyCIC account.

I am not sure about expired nomination. I have not seen that case before
Thats a tricky one. I expect OINP should be able to nominate you now since SINP nomination is expired.

+1 to Hemche for replying to my Query regarding gift deed.

If you are still planning for SINP you can ask for Extension with SINP, But, since you have already received nomination from SINP and I think the chances of getting nomination from Ontario is higher and it is up to you to decide to which one you prefer

As per SINP, Examples of reason you can request a Revision or Extension
1) CIC requests a revised and/or extended nomination cetificate
2) You have a new job offer from the same or different employer
3) You and/or your accompanying family members have obtained new passports
4) Your nomination certificate is expiring or has expired and you require additional time to submit your application for permanent residency.

So, I think option 4 suits if you still want to receive the nomination from SINP. The below is posted by Abdul who recently got nomination again after CIC rejection
1. Revision form, which is available at sinp website http://economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/request-for-a-revision-and-or-extension-form
2. LOE (where you need to explain your circumstances in polite and requesting why you did not accept the nomination.Give them valid justification
3. Previous SINP Nomination Letter
4. Updated Bank Statement

She dooesn't need PCC for 2 months visit.
As for the stay with her parents, the BEST option is a PCC for the Country that does not indicate any address. This has been the way most people from India have been successful at CIC stage.
I cannot say for sure, but if the prefferred option is not available, she should get PCC covering all places she has stayed.

My spouse lived at 2 addresses (before marriage and afterward), but both locations are are in same district, so would it be ok if both locations are mentioned in PCC? (currently we got it)

@charan_yalala his case a slightly different.
His nomination certificate is not expiring, he has just exceeded the 30 days he had to accept SINP nomination in MyCIC account.
So technically at this stage he doesn't need an extension, what he needs is for OINP to be able to send nomination to his EE profile, or should he change his mind on SINP, for them to resend the nomination (if possible).
Thinking about it again, I'm not sure SINP will be able to resend the nomination to the same EE profile, since he refused to accept, otherwise what's the point of the 30 days deadline
