following steps are taken to obtain revised SINP nomination

1. Created a new EE Profile and Job validation Code

and then sent following document to SINP through Email

2. revision form, which is available at sinp website http://economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/request-for-a-revision-and-or-extension-form
3. LOE (where you need to explain your circumstances in polite and requesting way, in this letter pls mention old and new EE Profile and Job Code)
4. Previous SINP Nomination Letter
5. CIC Rejection Letter
6. Bank Statement

depends on rejection
if rejection is due to pcc then skip step 6 , or step 4 is optional (becuase they have record)

Topsy/Charan yala, need a clarification regarding PCC. My wife stayed with her parents before marriage (it was 11 years back) which is in the same locality as mine.

1) Do I need to get a separate PCC for her parents address and her current address or only current address is fine?
2) She had traveled to Seychelles during her college days and was there about 2 months. Is a PCC mandatory from Seychelles as I've read in CIC site that "For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country"?

Please guide.

As per my experience

if your PCC covered more then 10 year without address then its ok.
if PCC cover one address then its better take pcc from another adress too.

Hi All,

I need urgent reply as i need advise regarding one requirement which came to my friend who has got ITA in January. He submitted his all documents on MYCIC on Feb 1 and yesterday he is contacted for few more documents:

1- Schedule 4A
2- Schedule 4

Why have they asked for Schedule 4A? My friend didn't submitted it earlier. He has received SINP nomination under SINP-EE category without job offer. He was nominated in Decmber, 2015.

Now, we need advise from all of you here as you guys would be more beneficial for us in this state.

Schedule 4A is ECONOMIC CLASSES - Provinical Nominee - Business Nominee. Please advise on first page, which sections he need to fill? As he don't have any business. We believe that we should write N/A in section 4 and we are not sure what to write in Section 5 which states: Business Plan / Investment / Intended Occupation in Canada.

Please advise accordingly.

Is this normal to receive first communication from CIC like this? Everyone receives like this usually?

This question is ask many times here.

i think most of us fill and upload -Schedule 4
and instead of - Schedule 4A we write LOE (i.e Schedule 4A is not applicable ) and uploaded.

Kindly correct if i am wrong because i have to send these form again in new application.

ECA is required for SINP. No where is written that ECA is not required....Yes on documents checklist its mentioned that Credential evaluation is required.

Guys, I emailed immigration@gov.sk.ca to confirm either SINP require ECA or not. I am sending you the email reply of immigration office to me. Hope this might remove all of your confusion regarding ECA...!

By saying "To prove your education you must submit your diploma, certificate or degree and transcripts", they just rely on the educational certificates that an applicant has submitted to them as an evidence of education and award level of education points to the applicant depending on the certificates he submitted to SINP, not on the ECA certifcate.

So, according to their reply to me, i opine that ECA is not one of SINP requirments! Correct me if i am wrong!

I tend to agree with this because even though I submitted ECA without transcripts to SINP. They did not accept, the requested the transcript and degree/diploma as proof of education.

Maybe they have their own way of verifying education ???

True I was requested copy of transcripts. I had sent ECA reports and uploaded copy of diplomas but they needed transcripts. ECA becomes necessary post Nomination i guess.

@charan_yalala his case a slightly different.
His nomination certificate is not expiring, he has just exceeded the 30 days he had to accept SINP nomination in MyCIC account.
So technically at this stage he doesn't need an extension, what he needs is for OINP to be able to send nomination to his EE profile, or should he change his mind on SINP, for them to resend the nomination (if possible).
Thinking about it again, I'm not sure SINP will be able to resend the nomination to the same EE profile, since he refused to accept, otherwise what's the point of the 30 days deadline

Logically, I agree with Topsy that once SINP nomination is expired it cannot be extended since you have to accept in 30 days
But, As per SINP, Examples of reason you can request a Revision or Extension. Please see the below point
4) Your nomination certificate is expiring or has expired and you require additional time to submit your application for permanent residency.

Also, If he wants a fresh nomination, I think he need a valid justification as to why he has not accepted the SINP nomination in 30 days time-period

Then obviously ECA is not relevant. I didn't ask the SINP for clarification of that issue since I provided the diploma, transcripts and ECA too, but reading the guide I understood that ECA is required. This is great news for those who didn't attach it.

iI need help from some expert , is it possible to guide me how to edit my Skilled Worker Pre-Application section step-1, I need to edit this part.
I am facing problem when I click to button " make change to the application screen" it does not change, but other step like 2 or 3 is perfectly working and i can edit.

I applied for a duplicate ECA report for my self as i read CIC applications being rejected for old ECA reports, any way i got the report and saw minor changes and want to know if these will be ok or should i write them back asking to change.

Guys question related to landing in Canada with holding fine gold.

IS it allowed to land Saskatchewan (Canada in general) having fine gold (let's say 200gm or 500 gm, whatever)? Are these taxable at POE or later? Receipt of these fine gold is in hand, no issues.
