I have sent copy of 3 fixed deposits equivalent to CAD 8500 along with LOE to immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca as additional proof of documents because the saving account bank statements, which i submitted with my application on 4th jan 2016 were having 11000 CAD as funds older than 3 months and remaining funds(7000 CAD) were 2 months 1 week old .

Request your help to know by when these additional Fixed deposits would reflect in my Application . I am little concerend that my application might get rejected before these additonal POF docs are attached to my application .

My application is for 2 persons ( My spouse and myself)

Hmm. Well if you sent the additional docs, they should add them to your application. However, you will not see this in OASIS. BEst way to know is if they have responded to say the documents have been added.

However, even the additonal FD will have to be for at least 3 months for it to support your application.

Thanks for response topsy , FD's are more than 3 months old and going to mature in 05 - 2017 .

In How many days i can expect a response from SINP?

Hey All,

I need your views for my case presented below:

I applied for SINP Express Entry on Dec 16th 2015 (File Number: 11000XX) which is currently in "In Process" status. We are four people (Myself, Spouse, Two Infants) applying for PR. The amount required for four people is CAD $22,603.

In my application, for settlement funds, I have shown my
1. Term deposits,
2. Employee's provident fund account.

1. Term deposits:
I made three term deposits in the name of my accompanying spouse for the amounts 5 Lakhs, 5 Lakhs and 1.1 Lakhs on Nov 24th 2015, Nov 24th 2015 and Jan 13th 2016 respectively (Maturity date: 24th Nov 2016).
Amount shown in the form of term deposit is Indian Rupees 11 Lakhs 10 Thousands only (which is equivalent to CAD $22, 720).

2. Employee Provident Fund
I have shown Rupees 2,42,762 (CAD $4968) which is in my PF account since last 7 years. I have provided PF online statement, UAN membership card.

So, to sum up, I have provided a proof of funds for CAD $ 27688 for a family of four members.

My question: My term deposit funds are a little shorter to the required time period (3 months). They are only 2 months 1 week old. I am not sure if my PF account savings will be considered for SINP. In this context, I wanted to know the possibilities for the rejection of my application by SINP.
Your thoughts are sincerely appreciated. Please throw some light on this.

As the CAD $ conversion rate is increased since last week (against Indian Rupee), my POF are falling a little shorter to the required Amount.

My funds are now equivalent to CAD $22,424. However, the required amount is CAD $22,603. There is a shortage of CAD $179.

What can I do now proactively to avoid rejection of my application? Currently, it is in process and might go for a security officer in this month.

I have provided multiple address in Background Declaration form to SINP as i have lived in around 5-6 addresses in India in last 10 years.

Will PCC also have all those address, or bears only latest address??

What is CIC expectation on this.

PCC : should i reuired two pcc for my spouse , (before marriage or after marriage , due to address change) or both address should mention in single PCC.

POF: kindly send POF format require for CIC (like what kind of wording they want for 6 month period)

There is an agency that issues the correct PCC for india, if you get that, It doesn't matter how many addresses or regions you live. It covers the whole of India

2. Wait and hope they use the conversion rate on the day you submitted.

Good news
For PCC if it's India get a single one from PSK. Perhaps get one that her name matches her passport. I don't know how name change in done in your country, but in my case when I got married, my wife changed her lastname to mine and she got a new passport and PCC with her new surname.

You did not have issues with CIC PoF before did you?

@One_Topsy: I have CAD$179 with me. However, I do not have a proof to show that they are available with me since last three months. From your experience, can you tell me how the conversion rate will be determined? Would it be on the submitted date or the day on which the officer evaluates my profile?

Congrats on get the re-nomination in only one day. There was one person who had to wait close to 2 weeks for that.
+1 to One_topsy for guiding you.

If you applying in India, you need to visit PSK Office and they gave a standard PCC which covers for all address in the country
and they issue in like 10 to 15 days.

I have applied on 03-Dec-2015 and I sent missing documents on 18-Dec-2015.
Still waiting for a response.
