Sorry to say ur application will ineligible because the same situation of mine in my June application.
PF is not accepted fund type at all if u get chance to apply again what so ever ur old file status.

Are we sure that SINP doesnt accept EPF, when CIC accepts EPF as proof of funds? See the below thread which has official communication from Delhi visa office, saying EPF is accepted

SINP does not accept EPF. The application guide from SINP clearly states what is acceptable and EPF is not included. Its up to individuals whether they want to trust official guide from SINP or go with some email floating around in the forum from Delhi VO.

The minimum required amount for your application is based on the size of your family
and outlined in the table below. Your settlement funds must meet the following criteria:
 The minimum amount must be maintained for at least 3 months prior to submitting your application to the SINP and you are required to maintain these funds throughout the entire immigration process.
 The account(s) must be in the principal applicant or spouse’s name(s) only.
 Account statements must show detailed transaction history.
 Only provide documents for accounts that maintain the minimum required value, not documents for all financial assets.
 Only the following funds will be accepted: checking accounts, savings accounts, GICs, Mutual Funds, RRSPs, TFSAs, term deposits and time deposits.

Darklord is right. SINP requirements for PoF is different from CIC unfortunately.

i got rejected due to address not matched with PCC, now in mycic homepage, the status is 'cancelled due to incomplete'
in rejection letter it is mentioned that all the amount will be refunded as application is being rejected by CIC
However, so far, no amount returned in my bank account.

oh very sorry to hear this mishap......Although I have noticed that you were very concerned about all your documents and asking about different things time to time...... its really hard but Better luck next time

Agree with Darklord and One_Topsy and SINP does NOT accept EPF. Today, one of friend received "Application Ineligible" mail and stated

"The Employee Provident Fund (EPF) is one of the government direct pension funds that is a restricted type of saving for a specific case, it is not a type of acceptable settlement funds according to SINP Application guide"

But the truth is , as soon you resign the present job you can withdraw the whole money and you will get it into your Bank account within 15 days.If I am immigrating to Canada, I have to resign my Job.. Duh!!

SINP is very adamant and does not want to accept EPF but whereas CIC accepts it.

now, i have created EE profile again, with out registering with jobbank, i got my points in CRS. now next

a. i will send revision form to sinp through email, and as per sun_yy, no need to upload it in at sinp online portal, pls cofirm.
b. for the explanation on CIC rejection should in enclose a letter in PDF format or simply in email body i can explain. ? Pls suggest

I am not sure about what sun_yy said. In fact, in my experience, I register for new job seeker. It does not cost you any things. Then, I give new EE profile and Job seeker to SINP. Remember that, SINP nomination letter will have two numbers: EE profile and Job seeker. Sine, you previous CIC application was inactive. It is better to refresh these number (EE profile and Jobseeker). It is safe. We do not need open new SINP account. sun_yy said that he/she did not submit new document of financial proof. It may work. I am not sure. It depends on SINP officers. However, it is the requirement of SINP to get new Nomination (you can check on SINP website). Again, it does cost you any thing, just go to the bank and you can get it.

You do not need to write so much in the body email, but you can write, it does not cost you anything. However, you should write a letter and attach it to the revision application. It is the requirement.

I do not know why many people can answer some question when they are not very clear about that.

Im venki new to canada forum as registered user.First of all thanks a million for all the priceless contributions by thoroughly good hearts.

Though I started my whole process by December 2014, I was living in a bad dream of that crs may come down in draws by mid or end of 2015 which is not going to happen as of now.From 31 Jan 2015 to 26 Jan 2016 CIC has issued only 35,512 invitations in 26 draws against their overall plan of 2,50,000 to 2,75,000 for Year 2015.good backlog masters as always.....

Made FD of 7lakhs 14000CAD approx as a single applicant by June 2015.Waited till Dec2015 for it to get matured 6 months.

Started year 2016 with hopes... first applied for SINP EE Category on January 5 ,2016.NOC 2232 .....Failed to attach IMM0008 generic along with application but sent separately to concerned email by Jan 6.....along with 4 page settlement plan....

Still application in process..

Hoping for the best.Any advices??

Actually, I am asking this because in the Generic Application Form (IMM0008), when I clicked to vaidate, I got a message like "If you are applying online, you do not need to sign your application form by hand. You will be asked to provide an electronic signature once you are already transmit your documents to CIC"

Please help me to comment on this

@Prakash: Thanks for your response. Did you go through the same scenario for your June application? Could you please elaborate a bit more for my better understanding?
Did you just show PF savings as settlement funds?

In my case, I have both TERM DEPOSITS and PF savings. Term deposits will alone suffice the required amount, however, they are only 2 months 1 week old while the required period is 3 months.

I am in the same situation as yours and I applied on 16th Dec 2015,too.
I have provided four settle funds. Two of them are TERM DEPOSITS.
Two of them are saving account.
One of the saving account is not enough for 3 months period.
I had been worried about my POF validation for the last two months.
But I found that my fund has been coverted to CAD dollars on 28th Jan 2016.

SINP officer chose a amount 3 months before my application to convert to CAD dollars.
You could check your application if your money convert to CAD dollars.

You are very welcome. In fact, I get a lot of advice from other people in this forum. They are so great.
It is my experience
a. You are right. There is no place to write new EE profile and Job seeker in the revision form. Hence, I write it in the explanation letter.
b. It depends on your situation, if you have new passport, you will submit a new one. In normal case, proof of financial support is OK.
c,d. Sure ! As I understand (I am not sure about that), SINP will contact with CIC about your rejection. The CIC letter will help to process your revision application faster. (In my case, it takes me ten days).
e. Since I give some personal information in this letter, I can give all. However, I can let you know a part of it
