Thanks, yes probably best path, but I will be effectively resigning once I request the ref letter. And CIC might still come and say no go on the PR(chances hopefully low)...so no PR and no job!? Risky

Do you need to have an employment amidst applying for CIC PR or SINP province nomination?

To check your SINP application status, login to your OASIS profile then click on Summary of Applications.

Hello friends,

My app status is in-process for the past 17 days and I didn't get any additional docs request.Also I couldn't find any fields like "Date of Bank Statement" and "Date of Conversion" in 'View Submitted Application' to know whether they are working on my app.Any body please throw some light!!!

Currency Conversion is probably the last step of SINP
as whenever you will get your currency converted by SINP
you will get nomination just after a week (maximum)

You can check VIEW SUBMITTED APPLICATIONS
then click on SETTLEMENT FUNDS tab

17 days are not too much, you should be patient.

No you do not need to be employed while applying, but one does need to pay the bills!

I Wish that was true, as for me the Application is "In Process" from Sept 1st week and the settlement Funds show that currency conversion was done on 18th Sept, so its around 21 days(3 weeks) and still no Nomination . There might be some other criteria as well. My File was received on 9th July.

My application has been ineligible for nomination due to Settlement Funds not maintained 3 months prior to submission
Also I have already withdrawn my Occupation in Demand application

I really want to know this - My application status is changed to Returned (What does it mean , is different from Rejected ) .

The reason they have stated is missing documents like IELTS report and spouse Passport and Birth certificate missing . But when I went through the whole submitted application .
Under the FACTOR 1 Language ability in SINP form - they have not provided that file icon for attachment
Also under the Additional Family member - Spouse details screen also does not have the file icon .

Can I send the missing document to the immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca.

Please let me know folks. this was the only last hope for my dream .

Hello mates,

I have added settlement funds in three different tabs, as I have two bank accounts and my wife has one. The total deposits should cover the minimum requirements for the proof of funds. Should that be a problem? Shall I send an email to SINP to explain it to them?
Please advise.
