Do you mean, 2171 applicants are getting rejected for the reason of their job responsibilites not being in alignment with NOC 2171?
I would feel, it is better to confirm with SINP about the alignment of our work experience with claimed NOC-code, beforehand.

One can file a case(if interested), if SINP breaks integrity amidst processing an application.
Owner of this website, David Cohen is an expert in such deals.
I do not know why 2171 applicants are being rejected, this can be clarified by only those candidates who got rejected. One of the causes might be their job responsibilities or it might not be the cause.
You cannot confirm with SINP about the alignment of work experience with any specific NOC. There is no such option to do this. All you do is upload a reference letter from your employer and SINP will assess, they wont give feedback so you can correct it.

My reply was specific - there is no licensing required for NOC 2171 in Saskatchewan as per SINP application guide, so people should not raise this as one of the causes for rejection and create panic for other as SINP follow process that is clearly laid down in the application guide and this document clearly states which NOC need licensing and which does not.

Hi guys! I'm Jay from The Philippines. I'm just new here. I already received my nomination from SINP and ITA from CIC. I just need some clarification regarding proof of funds for Express Entry - Permanent Resident applicants. CIC is asking to list all bank and investment accounts, and the balance of each account over the past 6 months. Can someone explain this further? Is this the average balance or the ending balance of each month for the past 6 months? Your answers will be greatly appreciated.
CIC does not ask you to list all of your bank and investment accounts. They are only interested in knowing that you have sufficient funds as mentioned on their website or SINP's website (in case of SINP program) and give you an option to either show these funds in one bank account or two, etc.

The average balance is the balance over the last 6 months and is not the ending balance of the each month.

Did not include Secondary education. Only included my Bachelors. If you have done Master's need to include that too. Anything above Seconday should be included.

Yes, you can edit your profile should you want to add information to increase your points ( FSW and/or EE points if applicable).

Login to your profile.. From "View my submitted applications or profiles" Table click 'Check Status and Messages'. Go down and click 'View Submitted Application'.. Click corresponding tabs 'Update form' option.. Save and resubmit again.. After sometime you can check and find your updated profile.. Be sure that whatever you're claiming points for you can support it with documentation or else you will be banned from Canada for misrepresentation, so while you do that keep your documents on hand so that you can provide it when you accept your ITA. Good luck.
thanx Mapleback... I have already found the option but my brother got PR in sep and the documents CIC requires is 6 months prior to submission which i could not provide therefore i think i should not claim for relatives point and waiting till my profile expires :(

If you want to claim points for your spouse's education, only then you will need to get ECA done or else no. If you do not want to claim points, then no need for ECA for your spouse.
+1
Thanx darklord ... I got the point now :)

Reference letters from current employers...

Anyone know of a way to get around obtaining a reference letter from current employer for PR application. I think it is the craziest part of this whole application. How do you explain why you need a ref letter? Or are you essentially resigning with a 3-6 months notice period?

Would appreciate any thoughts/advice from those with ITAs

Tell the truth to your office management
Because in case if they call your office then they should know the story.

Thanks, yes probably best path, but I will be effectively resigning once I request the ref letter. And CIC might still come and say no go on the PR(chances hopefully low)...so no PR and no job!? Risky

FDauto in OASIS click on 'View Submitted Application' and then click on 'Settlement Funds'.
If your application status is indicated as In Process and the fields "Date of Bank Statement" and "Date of Conversion" shows a date, this indicates the day they worked on or looked at your settlement fund documents...also If the figures are equal to or more than the settlement funds required for your family size and they haven't requested new statements or additional documents, then it implies that the documents you provided were accepted. Sit patiently, as applicants all we can do is wait, it's the name of the game.

PS... we maintain a spreadsheet that we use to track our SINP applications. Please access and enter your details using the link below.

Thanks for replying, Mapleback. I checked the date, it is issuing date on my document and figures shows here are also more than the settlement funds required. Does it mean it was accepted by officer?

Hello friends,

My app status is in-process for the past 17 days and I didn't get any additional docs request. Also I couldn't find any fields like "Date of Bank Statement" and "Date of Conversion" in 'View Submitted Application' to know whether they are working on my app.Any body please throw some light!!!
