My Convertion date is blank under the settlement funds tab..What does this imply..My Submission date is 09-June-2015 and In Process date is 11-Aug-2015..I haven't recd any additional docs request till now...

I Wish that was true, as for me the Application is "In Process" from Sept 1st week and the settlement Funds show that currency conversion was done on 18th Sept, so its around 21 days(3 weeks) and still no Nomination . There might be some other criteria as well. My File was received on 9th July.

Below is my observation with regards to attachment of below supporting documents:

1) Despite uploading work experience documents before submitting application, I could not view the experience documents(attached) in the application.

2) Despite uploading the education documents & WES report before submitting application, I could not view the relevant documents(attached) with WES report in my application.


Is this the same experience for the members in this forum?

Waiting is over.......
My application has been ineligible for nomination due to Settlement Funds not maintained 3 months prior to submission
Also I have already withdrawn my Occupation in Demand application

Sorry to hear that. Who told you to withdraw your occupation in demand application? This was your plan B. You could have shown your stable settlement funds for 3 months in that application and gave no chance to SINP to reject your case. SINP gives no mercy on settlement funds. You should be aware of that and if you think your express entry application may be impacted due to settlement funds then you must keep your Occupation in demand application opened providing you have had stable funds for 3 months.

Anyways you still have a chance to apply in January 2016 quota and keep your all docs up to date particularly 3 months stable funds prior to application submission.

Under the FACTOR 1 Language ability in SINP form - they have not provided that file icon for attachment

For me, I do not see an option of FACTOR 1 Language ability in my SINP application.
So, I uploaded my IELTS report under "Step-13 Applicant Details-Final Page" section
Beforehand, I sent my education/workexperience/IELTS report as missing docs.

Despite you already uploaded as separate attachments, I would think, there is no harm in sending settlement plan as missing docs,.
In the same email, one can explain the reason. Bottomline, do not take chances to get rejected for silly reason.

Despite I already uploaded docs before submission, I sent education/workexperience/IELTSreport as missing docs . This is just to reduce the chance of rejection and such missing doc emails can be for future reference(in awkward scenarios).

Hi Sham,

Yes its happening for me too, My work experience documents and in fact 1 complete entry for my current employment went missing.. So I guess its normal

Actually, you have to create this TAB at the time of submission

In this tab you have to fill your bank details etc.

Also there is a File Upload Icon on the right to upload bank statement/certificate.

I am wondering if you couldn't create this tab, did you send them your bank statement via EMAIL or not? If NOT then send it as soon as possible.

According to the current trend,
If you have their required funds after the conversion

then you are 95% safe as SINP is too strict regarding POF.

I am talking about the processing time according to the previous nominations
but It could exceed, because not all the cases are same.

I really want to know this - My application status is changed to Returned (What does it mean , is different from Rejected ) .

The reason they have stated is missing documents like IELTS report and spouse Passport and Birth certificate missing . But when I went through the whole submitted application .
Under the FACTOR 1 Language ability in SINP form - they have not provided that file icon for attachment
Also under the Additional Family member - Spouse details screen also does not have the file icon .

Can I send the missing document to the immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca.

Please let me know folks. this was the only last hope for my dream .

I am so sorry to hear about your application
But as you know that the CAP of SINP EE Stream has already been filled, so you even cant send the additional documents.

And there were several tabs in SINP OASIS which didnt have the file upload icon so in that case you have to send these documents by email.
you should keep in touch with the group mates as this situation was discussed several times, I even send plenty of documents by email.

But dont be late as the other stream of SINP is opened with 1000 cap. (i heard)

So send your complete documents to this stream

Exactly, should not be a problem,
but send them an email regarding your situation. In order to make their work easier

It means they havent converted your currency,

It was empty for me also before one week of the nomination.

We repeat - We repeat - We repeat,
applications that are in ApplicationReceived & In-process state,

We would suggest to go through your respective application thoroughly to confirm that,
1) No document is missing.
2) No document is incomplete.

This would not take more than 5 minutes of your time.

If you find any, please send emails. SINP has given such opportunity to avail it.

Application getting rejected for incomplete/missing documents is a very silly fact to face.

I am sure that I submitted my IELTS results, bank statements.
I listened to your advice, and I checked the date of bank statement, where one of them were issued on 26 March-15 (my application was submitted on 19th June 2015). Should this be a problem? Do you recommend sending them an updated set of bank statements?

During checking my "Applicant details", I found that I can't access neither the education documents nor the work experience documents. When I checked the "View Submitted Application" details, I found that I can't access the documents I submitted for my family members (wife and dependent son) too.
Is this normal? Please guys check if this happens with you too and let me know.

I found couple of missing documents on my application and I spotted it soon after my application submission. I submitted those missing documents via email immediately. However, its been more than 2 weeks now and SINP is yet to upload those documents on OASIS or even acknowledge it via email. Is it normal or shall I escalate this to them?
