My application has been ineligible for nomination due to Settlement Funds not maintained 3 months prior to submission
Also I have already withdrawn my Occupation in Demand application

Did they require any additional document from you?

Hello Experts!

i have submitted my application for noc 4011 on 16 June , my file status is unchanged since then and shows "application received". My Frd having same NOC, status changed last week to "in process". he submitted his app on same day but 9 hrs ahead.

What could be the possible reason of my app is still in "received" status, could be missing documents or some thing else ? although i have submitted all the documents. :

Members,

After continuously listening about the rejections for missing documents,

We repeat - We repeat - We repeat,
applications that are in ApplicationReceived & In-process state,

We would suggest to go through your respective application thoroughly to confirm that,
1) No document is missing.
2) No document is incomplete.

This would not take more than 5 minutes of your time.

If you find any, please send emails. SINP has given such opportunity to avail it.

Application getting rejected for incomplete/missing documents is a very silly fact to face.

Mate tell where you exactly uploaded the IELTS results.
I got a return letter stating that I missed IELTS results.
I have send my results and I have no clue whether they will re consider or not but is it not lame that they have not provided the icon for uploading the document in factor 1 language ability in step 2 and yet they expect me to upload one.

** Also a couple of months back when I failed to upload settlement fund supporting document and when i contacted the cic via email they just removed my fail without my intention and asked me to open a new one , luckily at that time the cap was still opened . What I am saying I believe its up to the immigration officer who is handling .

With God Grace, my Application Status Changed from "Application Received" to "In Process" This morning

Thanks for your Good wishes & Kind words Friends. Someone in this Forum wrote that, Once it moved to "In Process" Nomination is almost sure! Is it true or there are otherwise cases!

Just Sent OINP Application with 1500 CAD, on 7th Oct 2015. Interestingly, on 9th Oct 2015, SINP Status Changed into "In Process".

Now, SINP, EE, OINP, whoever give their decision first, I need to follow that. It Seems, SINP will nominate before CRS drops ~433 or OINP Nominates me. Let's See!

Do not worry man.....you will be in process soon .....and in professor field also they select some selected field professor first...that is what i have observed over the timeline.....like professor in Computer field and management field .....others are ignored for small time ..then due to rules they have to process all.......hence, don't worry....in which field you are professor?

Congratulation raj ......i think you are going to be part of next 3 EE draw ....surely in next 3 EE draw CRC point going to be down upto 430 ......so you will not require any state nomination ........but still if it doesn't came down then OINP will be first to nominate you....SINP is bit slow compare to OINP. In which field you are professor?

Once the application it is unlikely to get considere back

How can u miss the most important document man?
Ielts and Eca are the backbone of sinp app.

Why disnt u read the guide book available on sinp website
Each and every point is given an clear

They have stated in an interview that this stream will focus on quality candidates
Means candidates having more points

But accordin to the previous nomination analysis
It is clearly first come first serve basis

Probably in EE stream 2016, they would implement their mentioned criteria

RAJ: Humm, Since CRS & ITA showed a sort of "Plateau" by 450 CRS & 1500 ITA, I am not sure the drop that fast! Though I agree with you about drop up to CRS 425.

Raj: Thank you very much Dr/Mr Patel for your kind words with Wishes. Yes, you might be right. We can expect faster processing by OINP as it charged 1500 CAD. But while I check Excel File by OINP applicant, SINP is not that slow!

Raj: I was trained as "Environmental Epidemiologist" and now working in both field as "Environmental+ Genetic Epidemiologist.

i am in Computer Science. But department thing, i don't think they are looking for.. May be they have priority in terms of points of EE. Today i have seen one applicant,s status changed for app date of 15 June.

I found couple of missing documents on my application and I spotted it soon after my application submission. I submitted those missing documents via email immediately. However, its been more than 2 weeks now and SINP is yet to upload those documents on OASIS or even acknowledge it via email. Is it normal or shall I escalate this to them?

Do they usually upload the missed docs that we send via email to our application?

My application is in "received" status and i have sent my missed docs via email to them. But those haven't been uploaded to my Oasis yet. Should i mail them on that?. Thanks
