Help me please!

I submitted my SINP-EE application on July 7. Most POFs were given by an asset management company and they stated that I had enough funds on Feb 27, Mar 31, Apr 30, May 29, Jun 9 separately. On Jun 12, I got a bank certificate to show that I would maintain enough money for 3 months.

I requested that asset management company to give me an certificate to show the fund account asset in a period of time rather than different points of time, but that company could not and refused .

The following is the main contents of these POFs
---------------
XXX Asset Certificate

Account Information of Fund Holder: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Fund Share List (date is up to 24:00, Feb 27, 2015)
Fund Name:XXX
Fund Account Share Balance (Share): XXX
Fund Share Net Value: 1.00
Fund Account Asset:XXX

This certificate only shows that the fund asset share and fund value in total owned by the investor up to the said time point, it is not the share base number of the fund benefit acquired by the investor, including but not limited the investor redeemed the fund share quickly or paid the fund share and other operations at the same day. This certificate cannot be regarded as the valid certificate of the ownership of the fund holder. Any modification, alteration or change without authority will result in this certificate is invalid.
The content of this certificate only notices the share holder and will be kept strictly confidential. Our company will not bear any responsibilities for this certificate.

---------------

1) Is this kind of POF qualified for the SINP application? (Mutual Funds?)
2) Could points of time instead of period of time be accepted by the SINP officer?

Thank you very much.

Hi All

By God's Grace, my Application Status Changed from "Application Received" to "In Process" this morning.. It has been a 4 month wait (10th June, 2171) and finally my application has started to move one step at a time.. At the time of application I missed to submit quiet a few documents because I was in a hurry and did not find many links to upload them.. Thankfully most of the emails I sent should have landed in the right inbox and they have taken it into consideration.. Having my fingers crossed for the next set of decisions by SINP.. Have hope and you will see daylight at the end of the tunnel..

Hey Guys,

I have a query regarding POF(proof of funds). In SNIP EE profile for showing settlement funds I had taken the picture of the receipt or page of my fixed deposits or timely deposits mentioning my name, amount, bank name, FD number and with some other details on it. Also there are some FD's on my Wife's name. So following are the queries:
1. Will this is be taken as POF or is there any reliable way to show them as POF?
2. Will the FD's on my spouse name can be shown as POF?
3. If there is any changes or any updated documents need to SNIP for POF then can I send it on missing document email address?

Right now my application status is Application Recieved. Hope that it will be in process by end of month or early next month.
Your advice will be highly appreciated.

Sorry to hear that. Who told you to withdraw your occupation in demand application? This was your plan B. You could have shown your stable settlement funds for 3 months in that application and gave no chance to SINP to reject your case. SINP gives no mercy on settlement funds. You should be aware of that and if you think your express entry application may be impacted due to settlement funds then you must keep your Occupation in demand application opened providing you have had stable funds for 3 months.

Anyways you still have a chance to apply in January 2016 quota and keep your all docs up to date particularly 3 months stable funds prior to application submission.

I feel sorry for you batoolKhan, SINP guys are taking a lot of time to process an application and with no consistency regarding their decisions. Never stop trying, keep ur spirits high. May Allah be with you.
I'm feeling lucky now as my SINP - EE application was returned on 17th Sep just four days before opening of Occupations In-demand, giving me another chance to dream about Canada. :)

Mutual funds will be accepted as POF but not points in time but period of time. Have a look at application guide from SINP. I have reproduced below for your reference.

Settlement Funds
The minimum required amount for your application is based on the size of your family and outlined in the table below. Your settlement funds must meet the following criteria:
1. The minimum amount must be maintained for at least 3 months prior to submitting your application to the SINP and you are required to maintain these funds throughout the entire immigration process.
2. The account(s) must be in the principal applicant or spouse’s name(s) only.
3. Account statements must show detailed transaction history.
4. Only provide documents for accounts that maintain the minimum required value, not documents for all financial assets.
5. Only the following funds will be accepted: checking accounts, savings accounts,GICs, Mutual Funds, RRSPs, TFSAs, term deposits and time deposits.

No, you cannot take a photo and show it as POF. You need to send bank account statements or other valid statements.

Yes, your spouse's FD can be shown as POF.

Yes, you can but I suggest you to not miss any documents to start with as SINP are very strict with regards to POF.

There are plenty of people here who retained two applications at a time. You shouldn't withdrawn your application until SINP approached and asked you to do so. Anyways this is not end of the world. Just few more months and SINP will open new quota for 2016 but keep your documents ready and keep visiting their website.
Goodluck.

Thanks for your print reply. But regarding your last answers I am still confused as I had submitted my application on July 12, 2015. Now after reading this forums I realised that I had made a mistake. So in accordance to improve my mistake should I submit the documents through email and what should I write them in the email? Or should I wait for there reply to ask for missing documents?
Please advice I am really confused and don't wanna get my application to be ineligible or returned as it is really important.

You need to tell what is the mistake? Without this me or other forum members will not be able to help correctly and our answers will be subjective.

Sending missing documents to SINP via email will not do any harm but it does can help, so I advise you to send the documents but don't cram them with unnecessary stuff - read the application guide and send what is required as application guide is very clear. Sending unnecessary stuff will not harm but SINP will have to go through them and its waste of time for you and for them.
SINP is very strict when it comes to POF, I would not take chances and wait for them to ask me missing documents if I know I have missed something that they asked for.
However, please tell us what is the mistake you think you did so all the above wont just be a subjective advice.

All the best.

Thanks for the advice. I can see that your NOC is 2174, can you please tell what home work you have done and what decision you are leaning towards after getting this information from your friend? It will help me in my home work.

My primary destination VISA processing is almost in final stages and I know the IT market(specific to my work) at my primary destination.
Dual stamping on passport does not harm you, unless you care about VISA processing expense. I had discussion with David Cohen's firm on this.
After moving to primary destination, I would still have a scope to enter a SK province of CANADA and get a PR card.
If Ontario/BC gives an opportunity for other province PR holders(in near future), then for me, that is the time to think about IT career in CANADA.

Please read this discussion: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/question-on-pr-in-canada-relocation-after-pr-thru-sinp-t137077.0.html
