But sir if i withdrew from EE pool and get rejected for SINP i will lossing both sides??
I would NOT withdraw from the EE pool. But since in order to apply through the SINP occupation In-demand stream you've had to say you did not have an EE profile and you want to avoid looking like you have intentionally misrepresented yourself in the application, but that's not what I was saying. I was saying that if you have multiple immigration applications, once one starts processing you should withdraw from the other. Technically being in the EE Pool is not an application, it only becomes an application when you apply for permanent residence by accepting ITA and submit your documents. But, inherently it conflicts with a question from the In-Demand application process, albeit I wouldn't worry too much about this, because it is not mentioned in the application guide.

My job roles&responsibilites are in alignment with NOC code 2173, but I already submitted my SINP application under NON-2174 category on 24th-jun.
My EE profile also claims for NOC code 2174.

1) Does SINP come back and ask a license under NOC code 2173?
2) What is the process to apply for a license under NOC -2173?

Who is the principal applicant, yourself or your husband?? If any of your personal information changes (i.e. mailing address, family composition, marital status etc.) let them know. However, priority should be placed on supplying what they asked you for.

It depends on your job letter(s) and your educational background; they will find the best match to what is stated in your job letter to pair the NOC code. If you're assessed to be 2173 you will be required to be licenced in Saskatchewan by APEGS. You can read more about the required licensing process and procedure here:- http://www.apegs.ca/Portal/Pages/Home-Page

Applications to the SINP is centered around the principal applicant and they will be communicating with You. If it were you (the principal applicant) that was moving temporarily to reside in a different country, then yes, it would be relevant to the application. However, in this case your husband is a dependant on your application. They have explicitly requested the additional documents that they want, so provide them with what they asked. If you and your declared family members meet all the requirements, you will get your golden nomination.

To those that have already done their medical, is it possible to do our medicals upfront before receiving ITA? Is there a piece of information that we should supply the medical centre to associate our test result with our profiles? in other words, what does the medical centre require?

Can someone answer this?? just wondering..
Hello Members,
I am student in Saskatchewan and currently on Co-op. My company is in Alberta and work for both side i.e. Alberta as well as Saskatchewan (it's in Lloydminster which falls in both alberta and sask ). I am just curious that will my co-op work term will count for SINP ( Sask PNP)? This doubt came in my mind just because to be eligible for SINP, one should work in Saskatchewan and my company works for both side. so Please respond back.

Thanks in Advance.

He's right, remember EE is not an immigration program and is only a new method for making an application to CIC. You still have to be eligible for an immigration class
such as,
Federal skilled workers (FSW)
Canadian experience class (CEC)
Federal skilled trades (FST)

The FSW category is prescribed as a class of persons who are skilled workers, who may become permanent residents on the basis of their ability to become economically established in Canada, and who intend to reside in a province other than Quebec and that is what batoolkhan is refering to. The SINP International Skilled Worker - Express Entry stream falls under the FSW class. This could be one of the reasons why SINP opened the In-Demand stream, to accept person who aren't eligible for EE.

batoolkhan, you could increase your points back to to 67 and over by maxing on (or obtaining) the selection criteria for FSW below where possible.

Valid job offer (Maximum 10 points)
Proof of relative in Canada (Maximum 5 points)
Maxing your points for Education (Maximum 25 points - Obviously impossible in a month)
Maxing your points on language (Maximum 28 points: 24 for English + 4 for French)
Or if you have a spouse or common-law get the maximum of 5 points if your spouse or common-law partner has a language level in either English or French at CLB 4 level or higher in all four language abilities.
+1
Thanx Mapelback you are great.....
You mean that i can add points in current EE profile, if it is so please tell me how can i add more points to be eligible ....i couldnot go back for selection criterian option so where should I go ?????

Yes, you can edit your profile should you want to add information to increase your points ( FSW and/or EE points if applicable).

Login to your profile.. From "View my submitted applications or profiles" Table click 'Check Status and Messages'. Go down and click 'View Submitted Application'.. Click corresponding tabs 'Update form' option.. Save and resubmit again.. After sometime you can check and find your updated profile.. Be sure that whatever you're claiming points for you can support it with documentation or else you will be banned from Canada for misrepresentation, so while you do that keep your documents on hand so that you can provide it when you accept your ITA. Good luck.
