I can't create an account on the tracker site yet. Does it have a delay? If so, does anyone know how long usually?

My AOR email comes from the Sydney processing center. Is this processing centre location still relevant in the 2023 citizenship application?
I remember browsing this forum during my PR, and the processing center seems to play a factor in the processing time for a lot of applicants.

2-3 day delay.

All applications are sent and reviewed by Sydney initially. Processing centre does play a factor. But, your centre will likely be Scarboroguh or Niagara (others from Ottawa can confirm). Scarborough has been kinda slow lately. Niagara has been ok.

We got this message from cic " your first name in your signature page does not match the name under your personal info section. I checked and the names are correct. Could it be a mistake from their end?
