Hi guys I checked eca tracker on it says " We sent you correspondence on October 17, 2023. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

but I haven't received any e-mail and on new tracker there is no update like this. What should i do?

Its been around 20 days since first AOR was received for September, yet there has been no background check complete and no test invite yet.

Hi everyone! Maybe it's a stupid question.

Do we need to check eca status regularly? (services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do)
I have no idea what it is for, and I thought we only needed to check the tracker (tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/dashboard)
It doesn't work for me, though. It says: "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided..."
Thanks in advance for any advice.

I called Ircc today the agent told me this is for finger prints I will getting an email today or tomorrow. He also told me on Monday October 23rd I will get test invite e-mail. My test window will be october 23rd- novembr 12th.
