Hi, I received the AOR in Feb 2023 and test completed in Apr 2023, no progress after that. I am thinking of applying for the GCMS notes as my wife also applied the same time and she got her citizenship in July 2023. for me, they asked for the finger print in Late April 2023 and it is stuck since then.

I was checking for the processing time which is at 15 months now, when is this 15 months starting - from date of AOR or date of application submission?
Is the useful to apply for GCMS notes or wait until 15 months are over?

That's wrong.

From the date they received your application which is usually 2 weeks (or more) before the AOR letter.

My application is Paper based application. I logged into eCas portal and it shows DECISION MADE, however in Citizenship tracking portal, LPP is still In Progress.

Well finally more progress - received email ecertificate download instructions on 14 Feb. Today, 15 Feb, Oath marked in progress on tracker and Oath invite email received. Oath finally scheduled for 27 Feb. Will post a final update when complete. Please see timeline in updated signature. Best to all

Received oath invite today. Here are my timelines. Location Mississauga for a family application (Paper Application)

AOR: March 30th
Background check: May26th
Test Invitation: June 1st
Passed Citizenship test: June 21st
LPP Complete: Feb 13th 2024 (after 8 months and no probing from my side)
Oath update: Feb 21st 2024
Oath ceremony: Feb 28th, in person

A final excited, long awaited update here on my part . Virtual Oath Ceremony complete on 27 Feb as scheduled. eCertificate available for download from the portal the following day (24hrs later) 28 Feb. Next step on to the passport office...
