Why is everybody so worried about processing times? Why can't you just sit down and relax? I can only think of two reasons to be so obsessed with times: you want to bring your family or you want to get a mortgage. Seriously, why is it such a big problem to wait for one month more or less? In my case I have to say that I don't care if it takes 7 months or 15 to process my application. Eventually I'll get the permanent residence. And, if there's something wrong with my application and they reject it, the longer it takes the better for me.

Because not every person in the planet is in your position. People may have responsibilities to their family, they may lose their job. Without knowing why people are stressed, it is not right give advice. If you say the longer it takes, the better for you, then why are you spending time on this forum?
Ironically, on your signature you have "Each time you say 'chill' CIC increases processing times 1 day.", but here you are suggesting people to sit down and relax.

OK don't worry. I'll cancel my account once I get home. Nice to meet you and, next time, try to read the messages carefully before answering.

Added. Welcome to the club. And guys... I don't know if my messages are going to be removed or if they are going to stay here but all the best for everybody and good luck with your applications. I'm out of this forum.

Status Showing now "In Progress". Please update. :)

In ECAS we can only see the Primary Applicant name?? Or is there any way I can confirm for my spouse also???

So apparently, this 2 days(23rd & 26th Jan) of silence from CIC explains why they sped things up for 1 day only last Wednesday. >:( >:( >:(

Some nice guy at CIC decided to send me AOR after 137 days (Jan 26). :D
