So far Letter of Explanation isn't mandatory but I prefer CIC officer clearly understand what I'm applying for and why, avoiding time delays or rejection.ennygaf said:i applied for my BOWP, on the letter of explanatory, i uploaded my letter of employment, AOR, and document checklist, i didn't put a letter explaining that i am applying for BOWP and my work permit will be expiring on march 29 2016, do i have to contact cic to let them know about the letter because i have already paid the fee and submitted my application. i dont want to get denied for BOWP when and my work permit expires
Thethe can check when your WP expires but probably is better if you add a copy.
If you prepare a letter include WP, AOR and any other possible document to support it.
Yes, better send it, you can try using:https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
Option "Temporary Residence (applied online or email). Work Permit"
Anyways you can call CIC to ask about it
